    "Think 100 times before booking from Fab Hotel and RR Residency I booked this Hotel from Fab Hotels (Person Name-Shyam) for my team, he booked it with Free breakfast. At the time of check when one my teammate they denied for checkin and told to increase fair. Later after 10 calls, Fab Hotel increase fair from there side. At evening at the time of checkin they told to pay full amount. I tried calling Shyam but he didn't responded. Then I called Fab support and they also told to pay full amount then only they allowed and also free breakfast was not considered. I emailed couple of time and said it is resolved but it wasn't. I talked to hotel owner and he said Shyam booked his hotel without his concent on fair and he has to trouble guest by not allowing checkin because he need more money for the room. In hotel room also Gyser was not working and water was not there in morning when we need to ready for office. Very disappointed with Fab Hotel service, RR hotel and worst part and worst person is Shyam who created all this mess and not answering calls. I wont recommand this Fab Hotels and RR Hotel to anybody. Worst experience"

    "Well, CLEANLINESS(3/5).. we were given a room and I guess it wasn't properly cleaned..a child of three years got allergy..there were mosquitoes in room.and in bathrooms..FOOD(3/5) We booked breakfast included stay but there were some items thay were in breakfast menu but were charged.. food quality was okay.. STAFF(4/5) Their cooperation was good, they addressed and solved when we wanted to change the room.. SERVICE(3/5).. Slow service of things and incomplete..If you order toiletries and ask them to put a bathroom mat..either one of these things are done and again on calling the other is done.. They donot complete a single order in one go..you may have to call 2 or 3 times.. Even today we ordered Grilled veg sandwich same as we ordered once we arrived..That evening they sent sandwiches which had potato filling..we didn't even know the filling before ordering then..so today again we ordered same for breakfast thinking same sandwiches will come but instead it had only 2 slices of tomato and one slice of cucumber.. When inquired about it and told them we ordered this because of the other day only, but today you didn't send the same.. They argued for a while but then sent 4 pieces of those sandwiches as complimentary.. The argument wasn't needed if they would accepted their mistake at first.. It's a mixed experience of the stay.. Neither too good nor too bad.. I guess if you are staying for a day or two then it's okay if you are out most of the day"

    "I am really disappointed by my latest stay, as it was a special get away this time. And I ensured pre-booking everything close to perfect. I have been a frequent guest here and I assumed, they would cater my basic needs (preferred room and slightly early check-in) if I informed a while before but to my utter disappointment. I had to compromise on my demands even after making reservations way earlier than my stay."

    "In room, there were cigarette butts and mosquitos all around. So dirty room and washroom. Bedsheet was not clean. Even they charge higher than normal amount because I checked in early but room was completely dirty and messed up. Used glasses and broken toilet seat."

    "Staffs were very rude, impolite and ill mannered. After 11 am, they started calling me to move out of the room. Finally, I checked out at 11:30 am and for half an hour delay in checkout, they demanded payment of one full day. After lot of arguments, I called Fabexpress customer care, the receptionist finally agreed to charge 30% of full day payment ie Rs 400. For only 30 minutes delay in checkout, the hotel staff created so much hue and cry and finally I had to pay Rs 400 extra. Very ill mannered staff. I wont recommend this terrible hotel to anybody. There are other nearby Fabexpress hotels which provide much better accommodation experience which one can try."
