The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

A beautiful hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good. Clean and comfortable rooms. The sleep quality in the room was very good. Modern bathroom facilities. Overall it was a very good experience.

Terrible experience. I had booked the room including breakfast but I didn't get it. Handwash was also not available in the washroom. Bed linen was not clean and WiFi was also not available
