The rooms are very well groomed and I was very much happy for having the service. I will definitely recommend this oyo for everyone because of the hospitality and the service. Please visit this location for a better and best experience to spend your quality time.

No standards followed. Fab Hotels used to have good standards and I feel this property is managed by som third class management. Will not recommend it to anyone. Bedsheets,pillow, duvet all stained like someone urinated. I had to move 2 rooms before settling for 1 room to sleep. Cockroaches move around like your friends. No standards FAB Hotels. Room shown on website are totally different than actuals.

It's a joke. I will have to be paid a very big amount to stay here again for a night The rooms are filthy and stinking. Cockroaches roaming around. They couldn't even find a clean bed sheet when asked to change. I asked them to take away the duvet and pillow and somehow got through the night. There is dust everywhere. They don't provide mosquito repellent though there are many mosquitos and they had several new All Out packs at the reception for themselves. Or clean water. They said you can order it on zepto. Same things have been said by other negative reviews. They are the only genuine reviews probably. The toilet hadn't been cleaned. Less said the better. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is terrible even by low Fab hotel standards.

I booked two rooms for my relatives. They complained that the room was filled with mosquitos and cockroaches. The bedsheet was not clean and hair and other garbage stuff were found on the bedsheet. This is an useless hotel and not at all worth booking such nonsense hotel. Wastage of money. It is not at all recommended to book this hotel.

Very congested wash rooms. No facility for tea or cofee. Food not served to rooms. No provision of kettle for bed tea. No hotels available near by. Kept on waiting till morning 0730 for a cup of tea that too by going to their kitchen

The worst ever experience I had in my life. I was traveling with family and booked a room in this place for July 11,12 and 13, paid Rs 936 as advised. I realised that booking is done in another office and has nothing to do with the property management. I asked for early check-in and was advised to talk to the property management. I called the reception and talked to them about it. They asked me to call on 10th July, which I did. They agreed, but after 10 pm they sent a message that there is no vacancy, and will get the room only after 12 noon. We were travelling from Chennai and reached Hyderabad by 5:30 am. We spent some time in Railway station and decided to go to the hotel by 9:30. After reaching the property, the drama begins! There was no one at the reception. Three families were waiting there. A cleaner approached me and I told him about check-in. He said the room will be ready in an hour's time. We waited for 45 minutes,, the other two families left. Another person came (I think he is the office boy)to the reception and he said that it will take another hour to get the room. By 11 am another person came (I think he is the receptionist). He was the person who asked me to come in the morning. I asked about the situation and response was horrible. The worst ever behaviour a person can show to a client. He started arguing and was justifying himself without even making some alternative. The conversation ended up threatening us. It came to the verge of physical attack. We left the place immediately. I'm sure this place is not safe for families. No one is safe with the receptionist around. Reviews were okay and opted for this place. My experience in this place is still haunting me. The worst ever experience in my life. While booking, what they say is not the reality. Think twice before you book.
