It appears this property has a vision for quality, but the execution is failing at the most basic level. The service staff was rude, unprofessional, and incapable of resolving issues. Combined with a significant pest problem and poor sanitation, the experience was substandard. Management needs to address cleaning and service training immediately to prevent constant low ratings.

I was asked to pay an additional ₹300 for a 10 AM check-in, even though Fab had clearly confirmed there would be no extra charge. Basic facilities were also lacking — drinking water was not kept in the room and was provided only after asking twice. The room phone was not working, and the kitchen contact number provided in the in-room menu was switched off when I tried to place an order
