Rooms and washrooms are good as per the price. Breakfast is very bad only poha, 1 bread, 1 fruit and tea. There is not much option. Hotel location is not so good, you need to park vehicle own risk

My recent stay at the Imperial Regency in Indore surpassed all my expectations and left me with a truly delightful experience that I will cherish for a long time. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by an exemplary sense of hospitality. The reception desk staff were extraordinarily courteous and efficient,ensuring that my check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. They took the time to provide me with detailed information about the hotel's facilities and amenities, leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its exquisite decor that exuded an aura of elegance and charm. The attention to detail was impeccable, leaving no corner untouched in terms of aesthetics. The king-sized bed provided a level of comfort that ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. I was particularly impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room, which spoke volumes about the hotel's commitment to maintaining the highest standards. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night stay here. Rooms were clean and decent. Except that few electric ports were not working which was minor issue. Hot water was instant available in bathroom. Food ordered was good in taste and quick check in was done at reception based on our request as we had long journey and were really tired and exhausted.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended for Families My experience at this hotel was quite poor and disappointing. The response from the staff was extremely cold and unwelcoming. Most of the time, there was no one available at the reception to attend to guests. This made even basic requests inconvenient and frustrating. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of an unattractive commercial complex, and the only access is via a lift from the ground floor, which does not create a good first impression. The rooms are just about okay, nothing exceptional. However, basic amenities were missing: No kettle in the room Only one towel provided No toiletries What made things worse is that the geyser and AC are controlled from the reception. You have to request them to switch it on — but since no one is usually present at reception, this becomes a major inconvenience. Although a notice at reception clearly states that outside food is not allowed, there was hardly anyone in the kitchen to serve food promptly. Tea was acceptable, but the food quality was poor. Overall, this hotel is definitely not suitable for family travel. I would strongly advise others to look for better options. A big NO from my side.

There is no branding of FabHotels in the hotel anywhere, the staff was not supportive & rude. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms have less privacy, loud noises from the loby hit the room. The matress was bad, sheets were dirty even after asking them to clean it. The sheets were so bad that there was hair all over sheets and blanket. The walls have 'seelan' issue and the overall stay was just below expectations! FabHotels should look into their franchise hotels for better image & management. Not worth the money paid.

Room was not cleaned especially bathroom. Room size so small, towel was not usable. No food services available in the hotel. Entry from ground to hotel is very poor. Staff behaviour was good. Communication system is very poor after booking the room, no one ready to respond on WhatsApp, mail and contact number mentioned on site is wrong. Mail reply was we will respond you in 48 hours when coustomer left hotel in 24 hours . I recommend to not book this hotel even not through fab chain.

Hi , Im Dheeraj My experience was terrible in this hotel . First of all NO toiletries in the wash room despite asking too they gave us one towel and it was the roughest towel in the world But the service was even worse they charged me money for my two kids even though i mentioned it in my MakeMyTrip booking. And after that when I asked for a extra mattress for the kids. The charged me Rs.500 Who charges that then when i got the mattress they were saying that I Did’nt pay How would they give me the mattress if I didnt pay.

The Hotel is running under the brand of FabHotel... the hotel dont have the required facilities. Once power cut there is no option for even to charge a mobile phone. Hot water also not available once the power cut. They dont provide water with complementary breakfast. The breakfast is as per the hotel's choice. FabHotel must review if the hotel maintain the minimum standards. The online booking platforms also check before suggesting such hotel. Its very disappointing. One check out you need to come down through stairs with your own luggage.

Washrooms full of cockroaches. Geysers not working even when turned on. Problem was it was chilling cold even in Feb and had to bathr with ice cold water because of this. When told about it, no action taken for 2 days straight, even till checkout. When asked at checkout, they just said we switched it on (which we anyways have to tell everytime). AC was working only 1 of the days of stay. Not ideal to always talk to reception for every single thing.

Worst stay experienced in my life. I'll never prefer this hotel to my enemy. Rudest receptionist staff who claims to be owner of the hotel. He'll fight with for to hide their mistake. Bedsheets were dirty, hairs were found and still he said this could be cleaning staffs hairs as we have changed the bed sheets but it was not. Felt insecure and invalued. Please never stay to this hotel .
