This Hotel is very very nice and it is very close from all locations, tourist spots, and temples like Kamla Nehru Prani Sanghralay, Rajwada Palace, Lalbagh Palace and etc. The food is very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are luxury. It looks small from a distance, but is very big. The service is also very good. Therefore, if you or your friends are visiting Indore, book this hotel and enjoy Indore the fullest! Thanks!!!!

Good location and bathroom was clean and location was good

When I booked the property the told me it’s available but after reaching there no rooms are available… then some how they managed for another fab hotel.. but the best thing is that I have booked the previous hotel including breakfast but the hotel where they arrange d was not having any kitchen and no breakfast from hotel is provided…

Front desk lady was very rude, late check out was complimentary but she asked to pay the amount, even there was 10% discount on food/beverages but even she refused to accept that and stated she don't what to know what discount it is showing but want all amount to be paid.. She was so arrogant that instead to giving the invoice in my hand she threw the invoice.. This lady was so adamant, rude, pathetic and full of attitude, that I will never go for Hotel Benchmark again Just because of her and this type of people shouldn't be kept in hospitality business. They will spoil the business and reputation of hotel.

Never book this hotel, they don't have a contact number, so you can't call and confirm your booking. My parents reached late there and they were denied entry saying hotel is sold out. And the property is also not as it looks like.
