"Towels and sheets were not clean. Not guided to the room. I was handed a room card and told, please use the lift to reach your room. Water was not fresh. Telephone in the room was not working. Electricity voltage fluctuated through out the stay."

They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
