Horrible experience!! no signage of the property name was displayed anywhere infact reception person asked us which hotel that we have booked it- oyo,treebo or fab?? as same property being listed with different names under many commercial portals. sick/uneducated staff, hotel has confirmed our booking 2 days prior via agoda but room was not booked till 11pm. we have been told to adjust in twin sharing room wherein super deluxe with king size set up being booked. food was not available, unsafe surrounding, dirty broken roads. #pls stay alert and avoid to book these unknown hotels!

Rooms are neat and clean, but the smoke smell is there even after room perfume. locatio is good, hardly 100 steps from main road, cab facilities easily available to hotel. need to work on breakfast and serve cold purries with cold sabzi. poha is ok.. need to add the juices in menu. nearby place to visit is world park mall, gt mall, chaupati.... staff is good.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Service was not good at all: no bathroom sleepers provided, no room service done for 2 days and was done on third day after continous reminder, no carpet after the bathroom which makes the entire room wet due to wet feets, tea was not delivered for more than half an hour as they just forgot it. overall service was poor

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
