Ok Ok rooms, zerp for bfast as it was not served at all. When asked they said the kitchen will open at 10am and then only we could serve. Had to check out withpout the bfast and the money spent is wasted. Torn bedsheets, bugs in the room and not properly maintained. Not at all for family. Pathetic stay

Booked through a third-party app? Surprise—they don’t accept it, but they’ll gladly keep your token money! Ended up paying extra just to check in. Bonus: ₹400 charge for a friend who dared to change clothes for 30 minutes. Staff was as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. Would definitely recommend… if you're into that sort of adventure.

This was a horrible experience! Rooms had a smell of Urine! Washrooms were full of stains and no hot water service was available! I travelled to Jaipur and had booked two rooms at this hotel for a night! My parents are senior citizens! Terrible experience!

Hi Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for, and I feel compelled to share the many issues that made it a truly awful stay. Room Condition - The room was not as advertised. The photos online showed a modern, well-maintained space, but what I walked into was far from that. The carpet was stained, the walls were scuffed and peeling, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Cleanliness- The bathroom was disgusting. The shower had visible mold, and there was hair in the sink and on the floor. I had to ask for cleaning supplies just to wipe down the surfaces before I could use them. Breakfast- The "complimentary breakfast" was a joke - hotel doesn’t have even Kitchen.

Hotel location and room is good but *room service is pathetic even food is terrific, I included breakfast in my package of 4 people with 2 rooms and they give single parataha for 4 people , even the paratha was uncooked cups were broken for tea , even if you go for purchase they give 2 paratha in one plate*. Even when I booked 2 rooms online, when I reached there they only give me one room but after so much arguments they gave one more room , I WILL NEVER RECCOMAND ANY ONE THIS HOTEL FOR STAY . Even continuous noise of machine was coming through out the night

Review: Terrible experience! I booked this hotel in Jaipur for 3 nights and arrived after a 5-hour train journey, only to be told they don't accept international tourists – something not mentioned in the booking details. The staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving me stranded at 1 AM with no accommodation. I had to find another hotel at a much higher cost. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you're an international traveller! I'm following with my complain with booking.com!!

There cannot be any worst hotel in the world than this. Totally a scam going on. Worst Staff- Hospitality - its not everyone's cup of tea, pls pls dont check in. You will regret. Dirty towels, shower broken, staff hiding their face. Torn bedsheet. What else. FabHotels is equally partnered in the crime, there call center is the worst. As per them- the hotel is reviewed by senior managers- lol- they cant even provide the number for area manager. A big scam going on. ! Photos attached.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. I was appalled to discover that the hotel provided used toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is not only unhygienic but also a health hazard. Additionally, the hotel charged extra for chilled water bottles, which is an unreasonable practice. Furthermore, the staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional, which added to my negative experience.
