beds are not comfortable not hygenic..This hotel is just for couples to spent time for 2-3 hours

I had booked this hotel room with complimentary breakfast included. However, I was not provided breakfast. The staff informed me that breakfast is served only at 10:30 AM. I had to leave for my office at 10:00 AM, so I could not avail the breakfast. If breakfast is included in the booking, there should be reasonable timing for guests who need to leave early. This was disappointing and inconvenient. Please ensure proper communication and flexibility for business travelers.

Very very dirty hotel , dont book this hotel

Fabhotels are very bad properties. It is very difficult to contact Fabhotels headquarters and there is no solution to any problem. It is a complete fraud.I booked a Fabhotel in Jaipur with my family. We faced a lot of problems from Fabhotels, wasted a lot of money, and still didn't get any services.

The location is pathetic and also the room is very dirty.No hygiene and the staff is not that much helpful and also demanded extra money for keeping the luggage on the check out date.

No breakfast provided, room cleanness ia zero , toen bedsheet , broken curtain rod, no towel provided

Admin work like booking confirmation and prepayment confirmation is ridiculous

Worst experience ever...cockroaches all over the room on pillow...broken taps...no hot water...itchy unhygenic towels...no mineral water as promised at time of booking....bathroom lights not working...staff not willing to listen
