Everything was fine according to the prize but the receptionist in the morning was very rude the experience was was very bad the person was replying very rudely to every question asked ruined the experience of the hotel just coz of one person rest other people were friendly and nice

I am still staying as i book it for 3 nights, there is no difference between dharmshala and this hotel. despite of telling me that they have cleaned and prepared the hotel for my check in, there were hairs on my bed and biryani rice was there on bed sheet. today i handed them keys in morning and now when checked in evening it has not been cleaned. no mobile network in room. carry your own water and toiletaries.
