Rooms are full of cockroches,broken water taps in washroom, water problem in washroom i had faced lot of problems during my stay. totally most worst hotel in my life just waste of money.

The first and worst experience of the fabstay, never gonna suggest this pathetic hotel to anyone in future. the staffs was rude, bedsheet were having stains no politeness. even the asked us to checkout before time. dear concern please look into this andhire sone professional staff so that they can co-operate.

Pathetic room conditions, ac did not work properly, can't maintain the temperature as well.. room was wet throughout stay.. floor had water dispensed all over.. moreover, a person from the property called and asked the say booking and pin no which was personal not to be shared.. i got confused but still i shared thinking may be they really needed that.. n i got to know they entered my id, put a fake review.... complete fraudsters.. entered my id without permission to put good review without even letting me know

The most pathetic experience i would have ever had in my life. fab is just name sake fab nothing fabulous about it. no soap, no dental kits, no towels, bed sheet stinking like anything, pillow covers stinking, the breakfast i would say it leaves all hotels and all chains behind the chef was so adamant sir ya toh poha kha lo ya paratha dono nahi dunga koi ek cheez kha lo aur chai pee lo. some shailendra i spoke to was like aisa hi hai sir lena ho toh lo...i felt i am begging for things

Worst experience faced so far in fab hotel. booked hotel considering the brand value of fab but totally disappointed after reaching at property. 1. smelly bathroom 2. no bucket was provided in bathroom 3. water stopped coming after some time 4. no toiletries , towel, soap provided despite several intimations. 5. water bottle provided was of seal broken. 6. breakfast was not upto the mark. marely a paratha and pickle. recommending everyone who are reading comments to not to opt fab hotel as they doesn't justify the charges.

There was not any clean bedsheet, neither the staff was listening us. we waited for half n hour for water bottle. no service man was their to attend after checking in. tv was not working. highly disappointing condition of a room. won't recommend this to anyone. towels were also smelling bad.
