Good and comfortable with cleanliness, friendly and cooperative staffs

Hotel was in good location, well connected to the nearby market. Food and decent, ordered from outside ocassionally.

I liked the service, it was excellent. All the staff was very courteous, polite and professional.

However, I was disappointed that I left my spectacles in the room after checking out, and the staff didn't notify me or make any effort to return them. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve their lost and found process to ensure guests don't lose valuable items.

Perfect spread of the breakfast, comfortable room, and amazing staff

I stayed at dream world residency 3 times. There behaviour is too good. And the stuffs are so helpful. But the things are not available. We got 402 room. Wifi is terrible and everytime tv was not working. Remotes were not working. There was a bad smell in blanket and also strain marks. Renovation is going on at this hotel. Then why fabhotel recommend this ?

Horrible experience. 1) Had trouble while check-in. 2) Receptionist were not picking up the call. 3) Towels were not provided. We checked in at 12:30 pm, after calling for almost 10-12 time, we got the towels at 3pm. 4) TV was not working. After repeatedly calling and saying about the TV, it was still not recharged. 5) Burn marks all around the bed cover. 6) Washroom was not clean. 7) AC was not working properly. 8) Cutlery was not provided. We were 2 in number, and only one cup and glass were provided.
