There is misinformation about price. The app shows lower price while when you reach hotel they will ask you to pay more. Otherwise it's a decent hotel provide value for money

Even charged for asking print out of Flight Tickets after staying in hotel from 18/05/2026 to 22/05/2026.

Food taste bad also room was not exact which is showing here

My stay at Hotel Disa, Kolkata was very very disappointing, despite having in-house restaurant, no food was available for most of the stay, breakfast was refused saying the cook was sleeping, and even basic essentials like toiletries and coffee were not available. Tried contacting support regarding issues during my stay at their registered property Hotel Disa, Kolkata, but was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes without any assistance or response. Extremely disappointing customer support experience

The worst hotel ever they took 200rs extra telling the cost is 1100 but the hotel is showing 965 they should be banned from this application fraud and scamming people
