Initially the boy, milon who guided us was good. but in the morning a sudden sound shocked us. we found that the mirror in the bathroom broke unnecessarily. we immediately reported the issue to the management. they said it's our fault because before room hand over they checked the mirror and it was perfectly ok. we even explained that when the situation occured noone was there in the bathroom, yet they charged us. there is a lady in the reception who is very rude. she claims herself as the owner of the property. she is just bogus. we didn't expect such bad behaviour from you. moreover, there was no proper window carpets which disturbed our sleep. more to say, this lady was extremely rude. i personally don't recommend this place for stay. moreover, they were not even able to offer tea to the guests. dear stakeholders, if you want to do a business do it properly. maintain the property and train the staff. you are inefficient to run a business. you people are very bad, very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Location is good.we stayed for 3nights. but we didn't get a single day of housekeeping service. ac,fan,t.v, not working properly. i had to change rooms repeatedly.but the problem was not solved.there is no bucket & mug in the bathroom. the lady receptionist not co-operative at all.

Room - okay, but not proper cleaning was done. fan - always runs full speed. regulator not working. mosquito - very difficult to have safe sleep with mosquitoes around whole night. ac - available service - i don't think any service was available. front desk - took lot of time to convince the front desk that i have booked online and made 30 pcnt already. always mentioned i paid to fab only and not to the property. i didn't get payment receipt for my stay. here too they mentioned, as i booked through fab only they will send the receipt. there were other issues too. it looked to me like completely chaotic. no professional approach. which is mostly common across eco hotels in kolkata. every time it beats my own record of feeling cheated and disappointed.

Value for money. in a very quite location.

We have stayed 4 days.room not cleaned and wiped.windows without mosquito mesh.no hand wash provided in bathroom. even bed sheets and rugs not changed in single day. fan properly not running.many times brought notice to them.there is no change.ac remote not working..we have to operate the ac manually. we have fight with the huge population of mosquitos even management provided allout/good night musquito repellent. break fast vlb provided after 9.30 am .it is not suitable time for those who stay and go for site seeing. dirty kitchen.used plates ,bowls ,glasses not collected and cleaned properly. dust bins full of load not clears every day. no wifi not suitable to stay.very very bad experience.
