3 GoodI stayed at kolkata residency for 6 days with wife and 2 year old daughter. the location shared with us was wrong and we spent a lot of energy and time to reach at this hotel. we found it difficult to move out and reach back, since we had to walk a lot carrying our baby. even uber and ola were finding its difficult to reach at this location.we had to wait half an hour at night for a taxi. we felt like we are staying in a flat as this hotel doesnt have an ambience of a hotel, like name says, its a residency. very neat and clean rooms and staffs also were very helpful. however we felt their rent is at a higher side, considering its location. we wont stay at this place if possible, if we visit kolkata again at this price, evenif the room, staff and food were good. we had a miserable experience with its location.Anilkumar G, 26 Nov

1 AverageIt was a terrible experience. third class rooms with very poor infrastructure never ever going for your service. the bathroom was stinking, bedding had blood stains and lipsticks. the water was tap water given in the bottle not even packed sealed water. towels and curtains had yellow stain, pillows were smelly. quilt had patches of black and brown colour. room was stinking, windows were not cleaned, overall the room was dark and shady. not even worth a minute of stay all in all sheer disappointment and dissatisfaction. never coming to fabhotels again.Abhilash Shukla, 25 Feb

5 FabulousIt was just amazing. if you are looking for nice and cheap hotel this is the one . location wise it wasn't that great but i had no problem . i m going to stay here and recommend my frens whenever they come to kolkata . it was just amazing. cheap and good clean hotel .. it's better than the some 3k priced rooms . location wise not that great but i was happy with the room and service. i would recommend this to anyone who comes to kolkata .Rabichandra Singh Elangbam, 4 Nov

4 Very GoodI waited at the gate on 22nd june at 8 am for the gate to be opened. called the local in charge who arranged the opening of gate. this was bit of unprofessionalism as the gate should he kept open to receive the guests. staffs are good but few. they seem pretty laid back but behaviour was very good.Amitava Chakravorty, 23 Jun
