It was very bad experience with u, your customer executive service is very bad, I clearly mentioned in the booking slot that our guest will arrive at 6-7 am but they even didn't allow them to stay at reception area and said that your room is alloted to someone else and they have contacted me but there is no history of contact with me. Disgusting

Pathetic experience we had with this property. There were cockroaches all around and we could not sleep the entire night because of this. Thus, we had to checkout one day earlier, but payment for the two days stay.
