Stayed here with my mother from 11th to 13th July 2025. With the existing crisis in Kolkata with safety and good family hotels, this one is a knight in shining armour. The experience was amazing and the staff, food, and reception of guests is admirable! Good to say that there is an economy hotel with safety and convenience in a shady place like Kolkata. Hope it stays that way! 5 stars!

I stayed at FabHotel Prime The Pavilion in July 2025. The location is great for airport access, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful—especially the owner, who personally ensured we felt at home. Food was tasty and homely. Rooms are compact but very clean. Great for short stays or transit visits. Highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth ₹1113 This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom was in a terrible state — the drainage was open and water flowed out through a pipe, making it completely unhygienic. The geyser didn’t work, and the bathroom had a strong foul smell, making it impossible for us to even take a bath. One side of the window was missing, which meant the room was open to the outside all night. The AC was not working, and there was no water service provided. The only amenity was a tiny 2g soap — nothing else. The blanket was also unclean and smelled bad. Overall, nothing about this stay was satisfactory. Everything was disappointing, including the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Not recommended at all.

Horrible experience. 1) Had trouble while check-in. 2) Receptionist were not picking up the call. 3) Towels were not provided. We checked in at 12:30 pm, after calling for almost 10-12 time, we got the towels at 3pm. 4) TV was not working. After repeatedly calling and saying about the TV, it was still not recharged. 5) Burn marks all around the bed cover. 6) Washroom was not clean. 7) AC was not working properly. 8) Cutlery was not provided. We were 2 in number, and only one cup and glass were provided.
