It was a good experience for me to stay here , everything was so good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at FABHOTEL PRIME THE PAVILION , and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for my entire stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had some of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured everything was spotless each day. The hotel's location was also ideal – close to key attractions but still quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax. Overall, my stay at FABHOTEL PRIME THE PAVILION (NEWTOWN) exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of Comfort, and exceptional service.

The Pavilion is truly an excellent hotel. It's located in a posh area of ​​Kolkata and is approximately five kilometers from the airport. I would like to commend the staff for their extremely helpful attitude. Their room service is excellent. The rooms are a bit small but well-maintained. The hotel allows outside food and provides plates and cutlery in the rooms. I would especially like to praise the owner of the property, who creates a very homely atmosphere at the hotel. He is a very cheerful and jovial Punjabi-speaking gentleman. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again during my future visits to Kolkata. I would give it a five-star rating.

First of all I booked this hotel as per image shown in fabs site....but when I reach the hotel they told me that that room are premium rooms I have paid for normal room,they gave a very small room room with small space and bathroom was alsp not goos at all shower are not working properly, kind of dirty bathrooms, I never expected that kind of room and never booked such rooms in my life but I don't have any choice that's why I decided to stay. I am very diassapointed with "FabHotel" ,you guys need to show us the actual details of room like real pics and description and price of the room,But one thing which amazed me that the behaviour of the staffs and food quality just amazing. Due to this kind of disappointment, next time I am not gonna book hotels from fab. Overall "Fab" you guys should take care of your service.

The room looks very shady and was not clean. It gave very ancient vibes. The comforter had holes in it and it was not clean.

My stay at Hotel Disa, Kolkata was very very disappointing, despite having in-house restaurant, no food was available for most of the stay, breakfast was refused saying the cook was sleeping, and even basic essentials like toiletries and coffee were not available. Tried contacting support regarding issues during my stay at their registered property Hotel Disa, Kolkata, but was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes without any assistance or response. Extremely disappointing customer support experience

My recent experience at FabHotel Suncitel was very poor. The rooms provided were significantly smaller than expected, but the lack of basic amenities was the biggest problem. We faced a total lack of water in the bathroom shortly after arrival. Management moved us to a new room, but the same issue persisted there as well. The constant room shifting and follow-ups with staff ruined the purpose of our visit. We were looking forward to a good time, but it was entirely wasted on basic maintenance complaints. Very poorly managed.

We had a pathetic experience dealing with the owner of this hotel. After inquiring about a bulk booking of 10 rooms, the owner quoted us ₹2,600 per room. However, we found the same rooms online for only ₹1,700. When we pointed out the price difference, the owner told us to "just book it online." We did so, but he then pressured us to cancel our official online booking and pay him the full amount in cash without a receipt. To make matters worse, he made several rude comments regarding our budget. We ultimately cancelled everything and left. Avoid this place if you value professional service and transparency

Although I booked the room in advance through make my trip and paid online, I was denied the room from the Hotel Reception mentioning they don’t allow any online booking and no rooms were available which was absolutely absurd and meaningless to me. I have never faced this kind of a terrible experience at any other hotel before and I will never plan to stay at Raj Darbar Chinar Park again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone else. These fraud hotels should be blacklisted and they should never be allowed for booking through the online trusted travel portals like MakeMyTrip. All kind of scams happen in these hotels.
