Affordable hotel in New Town — staff were friendly and the location near Eco Park is handy. However, some rooms need better maintenance and cleanliness, and food/amenities can feel basic. Fine for a short night or budget trip, but not ideal for a long stay.

Stayed here for an official tour. Good rooms, supportive staffs. The property in very calm and silent location. No disturbance from outside. But located far away from main road. Staffs being good and helpful. Neatly maintained rooms. Request to the management, can keep a convience store for basic needs, a refreshments corner with snacks, tea and coffee, will be helpful for the guests. Good stay here.

Location is good. Nearby Ecopark gate is 4-5 walkable distance. Room is ok ok. Need to brishen up for cleaning. Staff behaviour is on spot. Room is cheap but need to improve Room cleanliness

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If there were a category below worst, this hotel would still fail to qualify. Let’s start with the room — calling it a “room” is generous. It’s basically a storage box where only the bed fits. Forget walking, forget opening your bag, forget existing comfortably. If you drop something, congratulations — you’re now doing yoga you never signed up for. The washroom deserves special mention. It’s so tiny that you’ll hit the walls, door, and your life choices simultaneously. If you slip, don’t worry — you won’t fall. You’ll stick mid-air to the walls because they’re that close. Absolute joke. Cleanliness? NON-EXISTENT. This is hands down the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. Burnt linen, filthy bedding, and an overall smell that makes you question humanity. Zero hygiene, zero shame. Amenities = ZERO. They even had the audacity to charge for drinking water despite it being clearly mentioned as complimentary. No toiletries. No basics. Nothing. What exactly are you paying for? The trauma? The bed is harder than a rock — great if you’re training for spinal surgery. TV was broken. Linen looked like it survived a fire. Comfort? Luxury? Even basic decency? Not found. Now the staff — rude, clueless, completely anpadh when it comes to hospitality. They don’t know how to talk, how to help, or how to behave. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability. This is a shady hotel, plain and simple. Honestly, sleeping in your car or on a railway platform would be a better experience — at least it’s honest about what it offers. We booked this only for one night, exhausted after shifting household goods all day and leaving early morning — and instead of rest, we got stress, disgust, and regret. ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK. 1. Unclean room and washroom – The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and unhygienic conditions. 2. Poor maintenance – Basic amenities such as AC / geyser / Wi-Fi / TV / lights were not functioning properly. 3. Mismatch with online description – The room condition and facilities were not as advertised on the FabHotels website/app. 4. Unresponsive staff – Despite repeatedly informing the hotel staff about these issues, no satisfactory resolution was provided. 5. Overall discomfort and inconvenience – The experience affected my stay and caused mental distress. Due to the above reasons, the stay did not meet minimum hospitality standards, and I was compelled to tolerate unacceptable conditions

I booked and paid for the room online on MakeMyTrip and when reached there at 7pm and the staff at reception was so rude and also denied checkin stating the amount I paid online was not enough. I had to book another hotel which was 7kms from this place. When I complained to MakeMyTrip the hotel says that I never visited the property. This is so cheap. Since I travelled solo I came out from there, but imagine someone coming with family/ Groups and these cheap people demand for extra money then customer will obviously pay to avoid inconvenience. These guys are very cheap. Never ever book this hotel. I see many 5 star reviews. l think they are paid or fake reviews. Moreover there are no shops, restaurant and transport nearby (atleast for 500mtrs). So not a great location to stay.

Very bad experience.i have ordered a dish for lunched at 1.45 pm but they served me at sharp 3.47 pm and its was another dish here,bad taste also its not in well condition.bathroom is too tiny.staff are well behaved.after 9 pm there have no option for order any dinner.in the morning breakfast was terrible.i have order coffee but they served me tea in not so warm and adding extra sugar very poor quality tea and breakfast also .please dont waste your money.its my last journey with amar raj villa.water is not free , charges was applied whether in fab accommodate water is free .lift are not working here.fab please dont include this type of hotel in yours apps.please its my earnestly request to you.

My entire experience was worst. The hotel room provided to me had no keys. After requesting to the staff to provide the key they didn't bother to help. The room was very small and the amount paid and the room facility was terrible. I didn't had access of Telivision and no Remote was provided to watch tv. I bookdd Fab hotels the first time and now seeing the facilities and services of FAB i am going to uninstall it. Terrible Experience.

Stayed here for a day. Rooms are not properly maintained. Size of bathroom is very small. Found it to be very unhygienic and improper. No restaurant available in the hotel. Contacted the fab hotel executive for changing my hotel but their behavior was very rude. Poor service.
