"Faced multiple issues with the hotel room. Although had booked it only for a night but the issues faced were multiple and would have completely avoided this hotel if I was aware of this in advance. I would refrain recommending this to anyone. I will put down the issues faced, I have taken pictures for proof but unfortunately there arent any option to upload pictures of the stay. (1) the walls had stains and did not give a pleasant welcoming excperience. (2) Both AC and AC remote werent working properly, fan speed switch on the remote was missing. Hence if the AC works, you dont have the option to change the fan speed. AC didnt function properly in middle of the night, wasnt responding to remote, at times the air wasnt cold enough. The AC vents werent cleaned for ages, have pictures of layers of dust. (3) Bathroom door fittings had gaps, so careful in case you are staying with someone, theres no privacy. (4) Bathrooms commode toilet wasnt clean enough, found a hair lying on the commode flap before even it was used. (5) Bucket/mug was not clean and had a stained appearance, water wasnt clean either (6) No packaged drinking water, you will be given normal regular drinking water that will be filled in bottles, gives a very unhygienic feeling (7) No option of hot/warm water in washroom (8) false ceiling lights was hanging, one of them non operational. (9) wasnt given a toothpaste, most basic hotels provide a toothpaste. Was given a shampoo and soap (10) bedsheet , pillow cover had multiple stains, again gave a unhygienic feeling. Same goes for the towel. (12) Handwash was filled with water. Overall, a horribly bad experience and didnt expect this experience after going through such reviews. The staff seemed uninterested and not very welcoming. Not sure if this is the case because I booked for a single stay. I believe a bad room was alloted to me, since it was just a nights stay I didnt create a fuss about it as I returned late at night and staff wasnt there to even raise complaints ."

"Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable."

"Very bad expericne, FabHotel group did real scma with customer by showing some good pics of another hotel rooms but actually providing below rated room. Its disappointed. Breakfast was burnt - I ordered beead omlete. No mineral water was provided - just local normal water. Pillow cover not cleaned, wall is ruptured. "I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. The service was atrociousstaff were practically nonexistent, and when they did appear, they were utterly useless. The rooms were filthy, with unclean surfaces and beds that reeked of something unbearable. To top it off, they went out of their way to force us out hours before our checkout time by cutting off the electricity. When we ordered food, they had the audacity to claim there was no gas to cook it. This place is a complete disaster. Avoid at all costs!"

"There is no hotel in the name of 'Saltlake Palace'. Outside the board the hotel name was written as 'The Olive'. No logo of fab even inside the room. Walls of the room were full of stains. Toilet was too unclean. Walls were full of dirt. Exaust fan was not working. Water outlet in toilet was partially draining the water. So, there is a water logging in the toilet. No toiletries. Water was dripping from the ac. Only two bulbs in the room from one switch were working; no night lamp. Regulator of the fan was partially in working condition. There was no mosquito repellent. Even after several request they haven't provide the mosquito repellent. I am really astonished how the 'fab' allowed such a awful hotel to enlist in their site. I stayed in room no 103 (delux room) for two days (23rd to 25th July 2024)."
