"if you are belog to good family you can stay this hotel, this is C grade catogory hotel. so pls dont book this hotel. The photos on the booking apps and the actual rooms are quite different.. Poor hotel with Poor facilities.. Not very clean. Worst experience todate. Provided a room that's the size a too small, that's just in front of kitchen where the door bangs as the kitchen door opens. And when this issue was raised I was told that the pblm of kitchen is only for 2 hrs and stops as and when the kitchen stops working. No change to a better room provided. The receptionist is arrogant and shows no respect towards customer. Dirty rooms with no services, even the bed sheets and pillows were so dirty you can’t sleep. It’s better you should avoid this hotel. In this hotel water bottle is chargeable without giving any information not complimentory any water bottle. I got C grade towel its better not to use after complaining they behave like rudly...Services is very poor.. and in washroom place there is no hand wash after complain they give me hair wash sampoo and telling both are same. I am very disappointed...Worst service I ever seen in my life...I am not giving one star also...These hotel not belongs to one star in review... "Most of the food item are not available.Choices are few Does not keep simple request like please make boiled potato( alu sedho) Rooms are not clean In Washroom water get clogged. Rooms are not well ventilated Tv are too complicated too operate Breakfast should be given inpremium room which was not given"

"Room cleanliness, staff behaviour, and food quality is very good. They normally served food at room, they don’t' charge extra for room service. In other hand, the room rent and food price is very costly. Masala tea is rs- 35 charged Whereas at outside it is maximum rs-10. Supply water is served at room as complementary. If you want mineral water, it will be charged rs-5/10 per liter extra from outside. Breakfast is offered as complementary with very limited option. One single meal like lunch / dinner will cost minimum rs-500, whereas you can get good quality food, biriyani, KFC, Pizza within rs- 220 -250 at outside, Other facilities like Toothpaste, Brush, Slipper for washroom and room, Comb is not served here. I had to buy these things from outside. Considering high room rent these things should be served at room complementary."

"We reached hotel at 12 noon after coming though hot sunshine, and hotel receptionists delayed to entry in the room for 45 minutes due to room price hike than our booking price through FabHotel online service. We tried to convince that it was a matter between customer & FabHotel service, but they didn't understand it and we have to pay extra Rs 475/-, Then we only permitted to enter the room. Although FabHotel informed no extra money need to pay during Check-In, the extra money had to pay due to unavailability of any other hotels near by. This incident decreases the faith on online booking service and will have to cautious in future. It is requested to FabHotel to share real fare to customer to avoid these types of customer harassment. Thanks & Regards."

"My experience wasn’t great at all. I stayed there for two nights. The basic things one needs in a hotel are clean beds and a decent bathroom. The bed covers had deep stains on it. The geyser in my bathroom was not working on both the days. After I complained on the first day, they said that it was fixed, but next morning it didn’t work again. The staff at the reception hardly cared. They are poorly trained and lack etiquette. The staff that gave us room service was warm and hospitable. We had two rooms, in one the shower didn’t work, in the other there was no mini refrigerator. I was told I would be given buckets of water to have a bath. It was appalling and unacceptable. Don’t think I will ever visit a Fabhotel property again."

"Very badly maintained room, fan was not working, door stopper was broken, the floor was extremely dirty, the bedsheets and pillow covers had dirty patches. When the breakfast was ordered, they bought me the wrong food (had ordered for Chicken and Cheese grilled sandwich but was given veg grilled sandwich). I had paid for 3 nights (full payment on check in) but due to emergency i had to check out after 2 nights. They refused to refund the miney for one night. Absolutely pathetic. Will surely post the same on twitter as well as all travel website. Horrible experience."

"No ventilation . No cleanliness . We had a suffocated experience. The food order really takes a long time. Breakfast was not good (bread toast ). There were other options like paranthas and pooris too. But ita€™s the only hotel in this locality . Rooms are very small. Washroom is terrible. The water they serve in the room was the same water from washbasin . Overall it was my worst experience"

"Need to improve in terms if cleanliness of bed linens and the rooms. The staffs were very cooperative and helpful. Appreciate their efforts in ensuring the guest satisfaction. The quality if rooms in ground floor is pathetic in terms of ventilation. Should provide a folding cot and matress for extra guest. Just a feedback fo improvement."

"Pathetic experience. Bad, extremely small room. Broken bathroom. Unprofessional abusive behaviours of a staff member who is also brother of the owner (other hotel staff shared that). No provision to share photos here. Already sent photos to fab. No action was taken by Fab. Won't recommend Fab hotels to anyone."
