Very good stay

So here I'm sharing my experience. 1. Room: It was decent enough in size for 2-3 people, room was clean. 2. Washroom: Size of the washroom is also decent enough with western commode, water jet, shower, tap, geyser & a basin. 3. Amenities: The AC (Hitachi) was working very well 4. Location: The hotel is situated in a very happening place of the city with great options for transportation. 5. Staff behavior: Quite good 6. Safety: Safe Overall it's a value for money.

This hotel location is good.and helpfull staf.room quality is good. But geyser is not working.but bathroom is good.parking place very poor.

Terrible room, very small, bed sheets and pillow covers were torn, dirty and even stained with bloods, damp smell in the room, hotel didnt even provide one bottle of water.

1. They give you old water bottle unsealed with water. 2. For AC remote, you need to go and ask them again. 3. AC was super noisy and was cooling very slowly. 4. Mattress was pretty bad ( one of the worst ) 5. Gate closes at 10.30pm so if guest wants to go out they can't come back before morning. 6. Hotel is just beside the carmel school, so if you stay in hotel in daytime, it's going to be super noisy. 7. The staff was very rigid towards the gate closing time, said there's is no guard so they close the gate by 10.30pm and whose responsibility is keeping a guard. So if you want to explore city at night or even order food, that's not an option here after 10.30pm 8. Not worth the price in anyway.

Old and used bed sheets were given. Even the comforter cover was dirty with human hair and cigarette burns. The toilet door from inside is dirty. No one bothers to bend and wipe clean them. Overall not a hygienic feeling staying in the hotel. The window panes in the toilet don’t cover the bottom portion making the person in the toilet exposed to the school children in the classroom just adjacent to the hotel room. Very poor management of the hotel.

I booked a room via FabHotel Silver Sky, Kalighat. The room was untidy and full of used utensils. No water bottle was provided. At the time of check-in, they gave us a very small room in poor and unclean condition. We requested a better room as mentioned in the FabHotel app, but the experience was still very disappointing. The pillows were used, no water bottles were given, the room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom taps were broken, and there was a bad smell in the room. If this is the kind of stay FabHotel is providing, then it is not acceptable. We are paying a huge amount and still getting rooms in such poor condition.

As discussed madam nane Simran..she told me talk to hotel and provided additional bed..but when I am reach hotel hotel manager told me not provided additional bed..no one contact/discuses me. Then I cal rab express customer care he told Mei will talk our manager and shift another hotel..that time ⌚..10.30 pm .that time not possible to shift another....This type arrangements tou people are doing...
