The staff were very professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....

Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

Rooms size not as per price rooms are very small rhe lighting not good no cupboard washroom not good ,AC no proper cooling it's very average room not worthy of the amount they are charging also the facilities mentioned like restaurant etc are out of service but giving 3 star as behaviour of staffs were good and location is also good 2.5km from Rabindra Sarovar Metro

Old and used bed sheets were given. Even the comforter cover was dirty with human hair and cigarette burns. The toilet door from inside is dirty. No one bothers to bend and wipe clean them. Overall not a hygienic feeling staying in the hotel. The window panes in the toilet don’t cover the bottom portion making the person in the toilet exposed to the school children in the classroom just adjacent to the hotel room. Very poor management of the hotel.

As discussed madam nane Simran..she told me talk to hotel and provided additional bed..but when I am reach hotel hotel manager told me not provided additional bed..no one contact/discuses me. Then I cal rab express customer care he told Mei will talk our manager and shift another hotel..that time ⌚..10.30 pm .that time not possible to shift another....This type arrangements tou people are doing...

If you really wish to stay safe don't go to this hotel. U will face worst nightmare. They will forcefully make u pay for already damaged products without any voucher. Please check all appliances before checking in. The staff behaviour is horrible right from entering they will ask you for money. Please please dont choose this hotel or go at your own risk.

Very poor quality of rooms. The room was stinking as if its a store room and nobody used it for years. The staff (only one) is annoying. He didn't even help with luggage but while leaving he asked for more money. They didn't even provide a basic water bottle in the room. I am surprised how fab brand has empanelled them. None should stay here.

Hotel room is good but problem is water Bathroom and toilet no water available . I stay one day . So I facing problem no water in the washroom . I always complain the hotel management no response. This hotel not suitable in any traveller. Very poor hotel

Would never ever recommend fabhotels. Even after making the booking 1 month in advance, we were denied rooms on the hotel we booked. Then we were shifted to another hotel which was far from our destination. Very very very poor services.
