Room clean excellent service and the hotel is at very good location staff is very good coperative all place are near by smmoth check and chekout ensureby them

This hotel location is good.and helpfull staf.room quality is good. But geyser is not working.but bathroom is good.parking place very poor.

Terrible room, very small, bed sheets and pillow covers were torn, dirty and even stained with bloods, damp smell in the room, hotel didnt even provide one bottle of water.

1. They give you old water bottle unsealed with water. 2. For AC remote, you need to go and ask them again. 3. AC was super noisy and was cooling very slowly. 4. Mattress was pretty bad ( one of the worst ) 5. Gate closes at 10.30pm so if guest wants to go out they can't come back before morning. 6. Hotel is just beside the carmel school, so if you stay in hotel in daytime, it's going to be super noisy. 7. The staff was very rigid towards the gate closing time, said there's is no guard so they close the gate by 10.30pm and whose responsibility is keeping a guard. So if you want to explore city at night or even order food, that's not an option here after 10.30pm 8. Not worth the price in anyway.

I booked a room via FabHotel Silver Sky, Kalighat. The room was untidy and full of used utensils. No water bottle was provided. At the time of check-in, they gave us a very small room in poor and unclean condition. We requested a better room as mentioned in the FabHotel app, but the experience was still very disappointing. The pillows were used, no water bottles were given, the room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom taps were broken, and there was a bad smell in the room. If this is the kind of stay FabHotel is providing, then it is not acceptable. We are paying a huge amount and still getting rooms in such poor condition.

SCAMMER !!!!! Be careful especially if you are foreigner. They don’t accept foreigner but they will told you only when you arrive, after accepted the booking on the app. They are able to receive the money with international card via booking but not able to welcome foreigner ?!! They asked us to cancel on the app but they haven’t accept it and because it was at the last moment, booking told us we have to pay the all price !! They acted like nobody speak English, don’t want to refund the money … During this time we saw others people arrived with a booking online, they asked them more money because of the Durga puja festivities (they know you don’t really have choice because during this time it’s difficult to book another time).

I recently stayed at this hotel in Kolkata, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience. The staff were incredibly rude and unsupportive throughout my stay. Cleanliness was non-existent: the rooms were smelly, the bedsheets were full of stains, and the mattresses had a horrible odor. To make matters worse, the toilets were unhygienic and there were leaky taps everywhere. Considering the cost of the rooms, the quality of the stay was extremely poor and did not justify the price at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Avoid at all costs!

First of all after made the payment done they denied to provide me a room when the booking was confirmed. Secondly, service is worst and worst. No facilities, washroom is not cleaned, geyser was not working, asked for drinking water no service, tried to connect with the reception on phone even with the manager but no response. Overall very very very possible experience. I would recommend not to go to this hotel. Never, every single peeps on is disappointed with this property. You will be in a trouble if you are biding this hotel. Images don’t match with the real property.
