Great location, helpful staff, but hotel needs to improve cleaning essentials

The staff is good and helpful, but room was not clean as Good , rat in the room is not good. Breakfast is included but not give to us. No kitchen in the hotel. Please update the photos. Overall not really good hotel.location is very

Breakfast was included in my booking. Hotel staffs don't know. Infact 9 AM breakfast not unable to possible as stated by the staffs and so many requests provided break fast at 9 AM. Thanks for that.

The room needs cleanliness and there should be options for food.

Washroom Door mat was not available, daily house keeping was not regular. I shall not visit here again. NOT RECOMMEND

The room is too congested,bed linen is terrible and dirty, so much of confusion in the management and booking system, receptionist is always in confused state if in case of any query, does not even provide the waterbottle.

I have booked along with breakfast; but they charged additional amount for breakfast.

Bed sheets were torn , pillows stained , asked the staff if we could check out 1 hour after the check out time.. he directly refused. Bathroom as so unclean , taps broken.

I did not stay, had to vacate after seeing the room

It was a staff room which we were given and I have photos that how dirty it was and I am not going to pay 1400 for that shit. I will posting this across all social media about the brand fabhotels.
