Before arriving, I had seen many negative reviews about this property on Google Maps, but after my stay, I found those concerns did not reflect my experience. Very bad hotel experience. Even for a basic water bottle they were asking for extra money. The hotel is not suitable for families and seemed more focused on couples. The facilities and atmosphere were not family-friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel to families. Family guests should avoid staying here.
