It's a new hotel to stay very very clean, PALM GROVE was within distance to places I need to go. It's on a main LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI MARG of Mumbai , quite easy to miss, the service was really . Options on breakfast could be a lot better though. The bathroom was clean and the toilet was big and spotlessly clean. The shower head was also big and water force was amazing. Wifi was amazingly fast too and the tv was linked to internet and working well.
Good for one night stay near Airport or Consulate office, AC was not fully functional as it was not properly cooling, but i checked on a nice cold evening in summer as it was raining so didn't felt hot and humid in the room. There room service is good l.
Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.
Friendly staff, lovely clean room, excellent location, highly recommeded
From the moment i arrived till check out, all the staff were fantastic.
Hotel was in good location, well connected to the nearby market. Food and decent, ordered from outside ocassionally.
Very less water was coming in the tap and was choking up in the bathroom. Staff is like : it's like that only. Rooms were very small and nothing like shown in the images. Have been staying in Fabhotels for more than a year. This was worst kind of experience. Ac comforter is not provided in the rooms. The blankets being provided have weird smell. Overall not at all suggested place to stay if you don't want to ruin your experience. @fabhotels - it's like cheap Oyo hotel, not worth of 1500 bucks. Check it and .
There are lot of cockroaches inside the washroom and in the room and there are left over cigarette in the washroom. Since there no exhaust or ventilation, it smells too bad and the location is not up to the mark for the price. Entire rooms smells cigarette. Worst stay overall
The hotel lacks laundry and kitchen facilities, does not offer breakfast according to customer preferences, and serves meals in plastic bags. Overall, the service is poor. Will never book with Fab Hotels in the future due to such experiences
LOTS of cockroaches all over the place, unclean and tiny room, no ventilation, wasnt worth the money we paid
