This is one of the best-value places to stay near Mumbai Airport Terminal 2. The staff are polite, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Before arriving, I had seen many negative reviews about this property on Google Maps, but after my stay, I found those concerns did not reflect my experience. In fact, my stay was comfortable and satisfactory.

Mr.Deepak has been extremely helpful with everything. A great host, a good human, helpful, and cheerful. 10/10 would visit again!

The location of the property is convenient and easy to find on Google Maps. It is situated in a market area and is about 1 km from Nerul Railway Station, which makes commuting easy. The caretakers and staff were very polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout the stay. However, the overall experience was below expectations. The room was not ready when I arrived in the evening, and I had to wait around 2530 minutes before check-in. Basic amenities such as complimentary drinking water and toiletries were not provided. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, the windows were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the property needs significant improvement. Even the reception area appeared inadequately cleaned and not properly maintained. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on that aspect. The ambience was average, and considering the condition of the property and services offered, I did not find it to be good value for money. With better housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to cleanliness, the guest experience could be improved considerably.

The hotel is budget friendly not high not low. The staff is good ,,, always support and help.

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. Initially, we were given a very small room. After entering, we found a centipede (kankhajura) in the room. The staff removed it, but while we were sitting there, flying insects started coming into the room. Only after we complained again were we shifted to another room. The second room was also in terrible condition. I personally saw a staff member using the same toilet-cleaning brush to clean the washbasin, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The room had water leaking everywhere, the floor was wet, the bedsheets were dirty, the towels were filthy, and even the blanket cover was torn. On top of that, there was no proper water available for bathing, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. Considering the extremely poor hygiene, unacceptable room conditions, and overall unpleasant experience, I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this booking. The services provided were far below the standards promised by FabHotels, and I do not believe I should be charged for such an experience.

Very bad hotel experience. Even for a basic water bottle they were asking for extra money. The hotel is not suitable for families and seemed more focused on couples. The facilities and atmosphere were not family-friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel to families. Family guests should avoid staying here.

Very unhappy, with fab hotels, had an absolute, devastating stay at this place, was charged extra unnecessarily, when a friend came to just give me food and eat with me. Was not provided towels, cup there were ample of cockroaches in the room,like I mean AMPLE, the AC leaking, stained bed sheets, and very rude managing staff, the guy with beard and long hair,slightly on the darker skin tone. No hot water, very shady location, and looks like a great deal on the app, but it sucks trust me. A loss basically a heavy loss.

The worst hotel i had yesterday they dont even clean that theres no amenities please if you can refund that then please refund me Atleast the half of amount
