Location is central area awesome

I had a great stay at FabHotel Gateway near the Gateway of India, Mumbai. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is beautiful. The food is very tasty and fresh. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff they are very cooperative, polite, and helpful. The service is also very fast and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I would rate it 10 out of 10!

I booked this hotel through the FabHotels app. The pictures online looked great, but the reality was completely different. When I arrived, I couldnt even find the hotel at first it was right in front of me but not properly marked. I had to drag and carry my luggage all the way to the first floor before taking the lift. The room was disappointing exposed switch wires made it unsafe, and the toilet was not cleaned properly. The photos online are very misleading compared to the actual condition of the place. The only positive point was the staff; they were kind and helpful, but overall, my experience did not meet expectations.

The hotel was shady as hell. No clear signage outside. Narrow stairs and a labyrinth inside the hotel. Not recommended for family.

Fake hotel

⭐ 1 Star I booked this hotel for three nights but left after one—it was that bad! From the moment we walked in, the room was a disaster. The bed was uncomfortable and dirty, with hair on the sheets. When we asked for fresh bedding, the staff took forever and acted like they did not changed. The bathroom was just as bad—no hot water, a leaky faucet, and towels that didn’t look properly cleaned. The whole place had a musty, unclean smell. Sleeping was nearly impossible. We had planned to stay for three nights, but after suffering through one terrible night, we checked out immediately. Do yourself a favor—stay anywhere else! This place is a nightmare.will never book with fabhotel

First of all Hotel location and address is not updated on MMT site. Hotel has shifted its operations to another address. We were left stranded on closed location, like at 11 pm in night. Hotel new location is good. it's very near to Gateway of India and Taj Mahal Palace. Apart from this there is nothing good I can say about this Hotel. We booked Room with breakfast, but after reaching Hotel we found out that Hotel does not have kitchen and does not serve breakfast. After much discussion manager told that he will get breakfast delivered. But the quality of food was pathetic. Rooms and bathroom are too small. I would say not good value for money.

The fabhotels system is the worst hotel booking team as i booked a room in another hotel via MMT , when I reached the hotel they said theirs has already been sold out and they gave a another hotel name Fabhotels Regal residency that hotel guys charged for a bottle of water which they have not provided with teared linen and dirty room without Breakfast , I booked room with breakfast plan but they hotel was worst experience in my life till now , so please don’t book rooms through fabhotels thier service is too bad .
