"Hotel premises no proper board to identify(may be due to renevation works, but neglegence), Rooms were dirty, cocroaches roaming, old and terrific AC, door lock not at all safe, lights switches not working, floor not clean, what not everything. One more pathetic, by the side our room more than 10 members were there with too much of noise at mid night also. "*My suggetion remove this hotel from fabhotels*"."

"Staff was very bad no manners to talk, I was there at for check in at 12:30PM at they at the end moment they trasfer my booking to another Hotel which was totally terrifying room in worst condition. I asked for change so they just let us know we have only this one room. Why should I compromise my experience because of non availability of room. Just because I paid advance payment so they are took advantage of it."

"I have a veey bad experience with Fab service. The hotel denied my booking and the customer care was very irresponsible. It took almost 2 hours to resolve my issue. I have done the payment while booking and they literally tested my patience. That too in the midnight.. Really horrible service from the fab hotels"

"Room was a bit smaller than expected but didn't seem to congested, it was fine. Service was fine overall. But in such a big hotel, they do not give water bottles per person and why is there only a single water bottle per person, if someone is booking a 2 person room then obviously we would need a water bottle per person. Really didn't expect such a small thing regarding a water bottle from such a large hotel. Also hotel seemed a bit overcharging according to the room size."
