The stay was horrible as we were not allowed to stay at the hotel booked we were asked to go to some other hotel belonging to the same owner as my room was already occupied by some other guests and the other hotel where we shifted was unhygienic and untidy worst experience

Room has bad odour, AC condition is poor, no proper ventilation, room full of cockroaches
