I stayed here for one nights because of its proximity to the Samaypur Badli Metro Station (less than a 10-minute walk). For a budget hotel, the rooms were surprisingly tidy and the AC worked perfectly.

One of the best Hotel in rohini. We stayed there for family get together and their staff of this hotel made our stay so memorable with delicious food, clean room, best staff with smile and caring gesture. Swimming pool is also indoor which gave a good enjoyment to us and kids during this heatwave. A Big Thanks to entire team of hotel moro.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Theses hotel chains are now gradually becoming a hub for sexual pleasures for unmarried couples. Therefore the staff doesn't care much about cleanliness and hygiene. Most of the amenities are broken. Zero maintenance. Stained bedsheets, broken or cracked walls, jets not working properly, lift is dysfunctional, lobby area is dirty and smelly. Mattresses are uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Moro. I went there to enquire about a bulk booking for 2 days, and the reception staff were unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely uninterested in helping. They acted like we were disturbing them and showed zero professionalism or basic courtesy. On top of that, it’s not even a proper hotel – it’s been set up in an apartment. The entrance is extremely dirty, and the overall hygiene of the place is terrible. Absolutely disgusting. Definitely not a place I would recommend – avoid unless you want to be treated like an unwanted nuisance in a filthy, poorly managed setup.

First of all, once you reach the location, you’ll probably struggle to even find the hotel unless you call the receptionist. Second, there is no free parking, which most hotels usually provide. Third, the rooms have a bad odor and the corridors are extremely dirty. Fourth, all the gates are shut around 11 pm, making it almost impossible to step outside. Lastly, the entrance itself is very unclean, which leaves a poor first impression.

Location not easily accessible & difficult to found. No board of Fabhotels there. It looked like a Guest House not a hotel. Rooms were not clean & lot of mosquitoes were there. bedsheets were not clean. Environment was not sophisticated. Booked through Fabhotels late at 10pm in night & had to cancel the booking seeing the condition of rooms. Could not blindly trust Fabhotels at late hours.

Rooms are very dirty, there is stinking smell coming from every room. The pics that they have shown on various hotel booking sites are misleading. The property is in very poor state, had booked it through Fab hotels customer service but post booking did not get good support.
