I stayed here for one nights because of its proximity to the Samaypur Badli Metro Station (less than a 10-minute walk). For a budget hotel, the rooms were surprisingly tidy and the AC worked perfectly.

The Chaitanya hotel rooms are good better not furnished well. Lacks in many basic facilities.Bathrooms were not good with leaking hand shower, broken toilet covers. No chairs and poor lighting. However, manager tried to help me with change in rooms. Food was worse and kitchen staff needs to be trained to entertain guests. Overall not a good experience

We checked out immediately seeing the rooms. Very very unclean and people have spit inside the rooms. Its complete disgusting

First of all, once you reach the location, you’ll probably struggle to even find the hotel unless you call the receptionist. Second, there is no free parking, which most hotels usually provide. Third, the rooms have a bad odor and the corridors are extremely dirty. Fourth, all the gates are shut around 11 pm, making it almost impossible to step outside. Lastly, the entrance itself is very unclean, which leaves a poor first impression.

Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Moro. I went there to enquire about a bulk booking for 2 days, and the reception staff were unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely uninterested in helping. They acted like we were disturbing them and showed zero professionalism or basic courtesy. On top of that, it’s not even a proper hotel – it’s been set up in an apartment. The entrance is extremely dirty, and the overall hygiene of the place is terrible. Absolutely disgusting. Definitely not a place I would recommend – avoid unless you want to be treated like an unwanted nuisance in a filthy, poorly managed setup.

Our recent stay at THE FAB CHAITANYAS HOTEL was unfortunately one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve encountered. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service and standards fell far short of what any traveler should expect. The check-in process was disorganized and unwelcoming, with staff appearing indifferent and unprepared. The room itself was in poor condition—unclean surfaces, malfunctioning amenities, and a general lack of maintenance made for an uncomfortable stay. What was advertised online did not match the reality at all. Customer service was nearly non-existent. We raised several concerns during our stay, but they were either dismissed or met with indifference. At no point did we feel heard or cared for as guests.The beds in the room were completely broken, the food quality was subpar, and it was clear that no proper maintenance was being carried out. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pathetic room, condoms where there in almorah which was broken, toilet seats was not clean, was dirty with gutka spits, Very small room, only young couples were coming for doing shits, not good for family visit, hotel name is change to town house, reception shown in the pic is not the same, reception is there in parking area, local hotel staff was there who was not providing services on time. It's not at all fab hotel, it's fake I guess or fab hotel is cheating I guess
