    "Made us to wait for an hour to allot room in spite of booking a week before.checkin time is 12, we reached the property by 2 and well informed the stay that our arrival time. Though they asked to wait in reception for 1 hr stating that the booking charge was low in fab hotel application so can't give the room immediately. As a customer where did I made wrong in this. I paid the amount mentioned in the application. But they denied first and after speaking with the fab hotel customer service, they gave a room which was not cleaned and was full of dust made by the previous customer stay. ."
