"It was the worst experience ever. We were not allowed to check in because the tariff which we had paid (through booking.com) was low and the staff was asking for extra money! After more than 2 hours we were allowed to check in. The first room that they sent us to didn't have a geyser and the second room, their geyser was not working. The third room didn't have proper doors and just glass sliding doors whose locks were not working properly. Overall it was the worst experience ever and I don't recommend it at all."

"This was my first experience staying in a Fab hotel and it lived up to the expectations. From the check in process to the complete stay, everything was comfortable and the service was commendable. We had some issues with the running water but it was fixed at a moments notice. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Recommend"

"Didnt provide comforter/blanket at first .. serviceis too slow for food and beverage . I stayed in room no 105 without any room key . They didnt provide any key . There was cockroach and other insects in room . Even on the bed couldnt sleep well because of that .condom wraps in the cupboard . Place is not clean at all . Food is way too much low quality and quantity . Disappointed with fab hotel services"

"Rooms photos shown on fab app are different from the actual. By seeing the photos i booked the hotel.The hotel is old and the rooms don't look good. The bathroom was made using some partitio don't, the toilet seat was old, the bathroom heater didn't work on the second day, and I had to get the hot water from a common bathroom. The geyser was almost dead but somehow it worked on the first day."

"I'm not happy with the service for several reasons: 1. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception. We had to go directly to request anything, even though the booking site mentioned that rooms included a telephone, towels, bath soap, etc. The reality was different. 2. I booked a deluxe room with breakfast included, but at checkout, I received a bill that included charges for breakfast. I specifically selected a room that stated breakfast was included. 3. We also had to pay for water. 4. The biggest issue was the long wait time for food. Once we ordered breakfast or dinner, we had to wait up to an hour, and even then, we had to remind them every 30 minutes to receive our order. Overall, this experience was very disappointing."

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Do not stay at this hotel, its horrible, disgusting, unused hotels, untidy & don't book the hotel, they will say its refundable and they willalso create drama like only 2 rooms available and while booking they will say, so n so facilities are available and in reality its nothing as such, after getting ur phone number, they will start their scam calls and loot all ur money. And if u call the hotel person he won't communicate properly nor pick up the call and there won't be any refunds. Everyone who is working there is a fraud. Kindly, save yourself and avoid this hotel."

"I booked 9 premium rooms for the night of October 19th to 20th. Initially, the booking process was smooth, with the team responding to availability inquiries within 30 seconds. However, when my team attempted to check out, we encountered significant issues with the payment process. I requested a payment link rather than using a scanner, as this was a corporate booking that needed to be settled through an official account. To resolve this, I had to reach out to the Fab Hotels customer service team multiple times—approximately five to six calls—since the contact through whom I made the booking was unresponsive. Unfortunately, each time I called, I was placed on hold for 20 to 25 minutes without any assistance. My team ended up waiting over an hour at the hotel reception to complete the checkout, and the staff were not cooperative during this time. While the rooms and service were close to satisfactory, this experience has led me to conclude that I will not be using Fab Hotels again."

"1 - breakfast was terrible.. they only give two parathas per person (not mentioned anywhere on the site) 2 - staf was horrible and full of street's boys attitude. They were using towels to clean the washroom seat. 3- While leaving the room they ask everytime if we switched off the fan or AC or not.. (not etiquettes to customer) 4 - bed sheets were horrible. I told them to change it so the boy bring two sheets from store and pu that outside of my room...I asked why you drop that on the floor atleast put that on some stand...he said we usually do like this. 5- When I complained about all of this to MMT, they are ready to give breakfast but now they said butter will be chargeable I complained again to MMT then they said butter was finished in the kitchen so WE have to buy from outside. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience..First time tried fabhotels and now will never book this chain. NEVER"

"One of the worst hotels in new delhi, the rooms r pathetic everything is broken in this place AC is not working bathrooms r even worst, when I checked in after seeing condition of the room I objected then they offered me another room with toilet & bathroom which were outside the room( common toilet & bathroom) which r used by common guests just imagine this hospitality from their end. I even talked to the owner some mrs.sanghi very annoying lady. Staff is very rude and unresponsive.the photos shared on travel websites r all fake and nothing is what they display in them.Not even worth a rs.500 bucks.Then I called up ibibo about the situation and told them to cancel the booking and refund my amount they very promptly did the same .please don't visit this place with ur family as u will be very disappointed sharing some photos ..."
