The service is really nice, owners and managers are all cooperative and get your work done quickly. Food served here is the highlight, Great home cooked food available.

Dirty rooms, dirty tap water, Ac only set on 25, if you are fine with it then go, staff is friendly and good

Very Bad Experience Not Recommended I had a highly disappointing stay at FabHotel Moro, Paschim Vihar. We were given Room No. 203 (2nd Floor), which was in extremely poor condition. The walls had visible water damage, stains, and peeling paint, likely due to leakage or dampness. The room felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. To make things worse, there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from nearby rooms, which seeped into ours. The area was also very noisy, making it impossible to relax or get proper rest. The staff's behavior was unhelpful and indifferent. Despite the obvious condition of the room, they assigned it to uspossibly because we had already made the full payment in advance. No support was offered, nor were we provided with an alternative room. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and absolutely no value for money.

Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms were very dirty, and shockingly, the wash basin in the bathroom wasn’t even fixed in place. Breakfast was below average and not worth mentioning. Overall, this place is highly overrated for the price. I strongly recommend avoiding it — not worth the money at all. Attached photos for your reference and necessary actions please!

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The first room given was not clean and the flush wasn’t working. After changing rooms, the water supply was poor, and I couldn’t even take a bath before going out. Even after complaining, no proper action was taken, and I had to wait over an hour. The staff didn’t give any clear or responsible answers, and since I speak English, communication was very difficult as most of them spoke only Hindi. The only good thing was the food – it was really tasty.

I have been to this hotel very recently. Honest review:- It is not as per fab standard, you pay extra for the standards but that standard is not there. They do not have inhouse restaurant which they claim they have while booking. There is not enough staff to cater to our needs. I stayed there for 2 days and the room was cleaned only once before check in. Despite of repetatively telling them to clean the room they did not clean. Location is great as it is located next to jankpuri east metro station gate no 2. Delhi has greater connectivity anyways so if you are ready to pay this price than definately go for some better option. A person named shailesh took my booking online and I had clearly said I would need early check in, when I reached hotel I was denied checking in early and then this person Shailesh even didn't picked my call. The hotel reception boy helped me to get the room early so five start for him.
