There is no Hotel by the name FabHotel Dwarka Suites, it is called "The Royal Galaxy". The rooms are really horrible at the cost. As mentioned in earlier reviews the AC are fixed at one particular temperature. Wifi speed is so low that you cannot watch live TV. Water is salty & leaking from various joints. You have to repeatedly remind about the room cleanliness & hygiene. Maintenance of the rooms are extremely poor. We have to change three rooms to get a slightly better room. FabHotels have no responsibility except booking online by showing some old pictures & sending some messages. It is very difficult for a couple to stay there. After lot of follow up we could make our stay little comfortable. No room have all the facilities as mentioned. Room service requires lot of follow up. Only good thing about the hotel it is located near a metro station & a city centre with fairly good food. One should check rates directly charged by The Royal Galaxy.

Wrong hotel address & contact number. We wandered for nearly 3 hours at night in an unknown city and reached the hotel. Serious service deficiency

I am extremely disappointed with the way your reception staff behaved with me during my inquiry call. When I asked about room availability, the lady at the reception spoke very rudely. She directly said “Don’t come, the room is not available” in a harsh tone. I simply told her that I prefer paying at the hotel instead of online, but instead of guiding me politely, she kept insisting rudely and then refused the booking. Not only this, she was speaking in a very uncivil, slang-type language (more like street tone bihari language rather than professional English/Hindi), which is highly unprofessional for someone representing your hotel. A receptionist is the face of the property, and such rude behavior can completely spoil the reputation of your hotel. I request you to kindly take strict action regarding this staff member, because with such behavior, guests will only walk away and never recommend this hotel.

I have been to this hotel very recently. Honest review:- It is not as per fab standard, you pay extra for the standards but that standard is not there. They do not have inhouse restaurant which they claim they have while booking. There is not enough staff to cater to our needs. I stayed there for 2 days and the room was cleaned only once before check in. Despite of repetatively telling them to clean the room they did not clean. Location is great as it is located next to jankpuri east metro station gate no 2. Delhi has greater connectivity anyways so if you are ready to pay this price than definately go for some better option. A person named shailesh took my booking online and I had clearly said I would need early check in, when I reached hotel I was denied checking in early and then this person Shailesh even didn't picked my call. The hotel reception boy helped me to get the room early so five start for him.

Hi fab hotel management The experience with this hotel is absolutely disappointing. No toiletries, bathroom slippers, ac remote  control, hangers, space for hanging clothes etc basic things are missing. AC is tooooo noisy. No intercom facility. The staff is not only unprofessional but also rude. The breakfast served was third class like very bad tea, very oily paratha, bad quality pickle and very little curd I am not in position to say even a good word for this hotel. I will never stay again and not recommend anyone either for fab hotels. I would say to refund my full money charged by you.

This hotel is the most ridiculous hotel. I booked my stay from Fabhotels website and when I checked in they asked me for extra money and denied the check-in. I was not allowed to check-in unless they got extra money. They stated that their prices are increased today and I have to pay extra. Rooms are ridiculous too. Bad service Bad room Bad washroom It's a total waste of money. Do not go to this Hotel. They only want your money, and they don't care about the service. Bad behaviour from the staff, receptionist.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The first room given was not clean and the flush wasn’t working. After changing rooms, the water supply was poor, and I couldn’t even take a bath before going out. Even after complaining, no proper action was taken, and I had to wait over an hour. The staff didn’t give any clear or responsible answers, and since I speak English, communication was very difficult as most of them spoke only Hindi. The only good thing was the food – it was really tasty.

The room was not as good as shown in the photo and the staff was very rude, I told them that there was no table or chair or cupboard inside the room, where should I keep my luggage, the receptionist said tell me to check out the room, we are not giving you the booking, it is a very bad hotel, the power goes off everyday at night and they do not have any power backup, the power goes off for 30 minutes everyday and the heat and mosquitoes make things worse

The room given was different from the one booked on FAB. The owner on reaching gave different room-hotel green lotus Sai & not Dwarka suite. It was away from the one been booked. It was betrayal of faith & confidence as lower priced room was given despite collecting higher booked price. I strongly urge the FAB to take necessary action in this matter & the owner concerned. Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms were very dirty, and shockingly, the wash basin in the bathroom wasn’t even fixed in place. Breakfast was below average and not worth mentioning. Overall, this place is highly overrated for the price. I strongly recommend avoiding it — not worth the money at all. Attached photos for your reference and necessary actions please!
