Best hotel in vasant kunj

Good hotel, good hospitality, everything was organised beautifully, good location and ambience, however, some areas need improvement like the wall of the room has moisture, it was not well maintained. There was no hot water kettle, tea bags etc which are generally provided free of cost in all the hotels with such category room rates. Only one towel was provided, no toothpaste.

This is an aboslutely terrible hotel with a dishonest front office manager called Himanshu (not a Fabhotels employee). I booked the hotel via the Fab hotels reservation team, Fabhotels sent me an email requesting an advance payment of 1922 Rs. After the payment was made I went to the hotel where Himanshu told me he would not honour the booking because Fabhotels had made it a lower tarriff than they had agreed. I told him that I had no idea about the agreement between the hotel and fabhotels and that since the hotel is branded and sold as a Fabhotels it should honour the price at which Fabhotels sold the room to me. He didnt agree and turned me away from the hotel with all my bags and baggage, I had to book another hotel and stay there. Fabhotels has still not refunded my money as they at first insisted that I checked in and then after that when I spoke to their customer care they say it was a no show. Their story keeps changing but they refuse to acknowledge that the hotel did not honour the booking and refund my money. I even shared the receipt of payment from the other hotel at which I stayed that night but they still wont accept their mistake. Dishonest and unprofessional. Please dont stay here.

I am really very disheartened while writing this review. This was my first hotel with an average staff but the hotel was lacking with so many basic amenities. The room was not clean, there was dirt over the landline floor that was not clean,there was dirt on the mirror, the hand shower was not working properly. It took around 1 hour for an old AC to get started which was so much time wasting. The staff was polite in communication. When I was in a deep nap in the morning around 6, the AC started spilling water over my head. I called reception but nobody came to solve this issue. I myself switched off the AC till my checkout. And the best part is I have paid 2700 for this kind of shitty service. This hotel has got a great location opposite PVR in Saket, looking to which I booked this hotel. I am deeply unsatisfied with this place and warning every single one of you who are reading this review.Do not pay extra for breakfast cause the breakfast they are serving at that price is below average. I have added pictures and video for you guys to warn you for not booking this damn place for your stay.

It is brought to the notice that during my stay at fab hotel anutham, the cleanness of rooms was terrible. No one in room service picked up internal phone during stay. Gyser of the room was out of order due to which no hot water was available. Bedsheets on the bed was with staines and in a very bad condtion. Towles kept in the bathroom was tored. No food was served denanded on payment by saying that they havw some kitchen issues. The tray in whcih Complementary breakfast was served was very dirty. It was my third stay in fab hotel anutham but worst than ever before. I must say i will not stay in this hotel in future due to the reasons stated above. Hope fab hotel will conduct a discreet inquiry about the facts and circumstances mentioned above and will come back to me. Hoping for strict action in this regard. Manoj sharma

The Fab hotel representative Ms Radha miscommunicated. At the check-in faced lots of problem.The reception told we have not received the actual payment agreed with you online, so will not give room, after lots of argument got the room. On Customer care number Ms Megha and area manager did not shared their direct number, also Mr Arun. Very sad & bad experience. Very costly and low quality food. Breakfast supplier was using very dirty crockery. Found hair in parantha,showed to Mr Prashant (Canteen Operator) Will not recommend to anyone. Will inform HRANI, Deptt. Avoid at All Costs – Worst Experience! I had the worst experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely unclean and the entire place looked shady and poorly maintained. I had booked for two nights, but the moment I saw the condition of the room and restroom, I decided to leave immediately. When I requested a cancellation - they refused to refund my money. I strongly advise anyone looking for accommodation to avoid this hotel. It’s a complete waste of money, and the hygiene standards are totally not acceptable at all.
