Very good hotel facilities are very nice all is well

Rooms are good, staff is quite good, but no kitchen is there in hotel. Wifi wasn't working when i visited. Rest everything was ok. Good for couples for short duration.

Location is good but the room was really unhygienic. And service could be better. There is no hospitality or politeness. DIRTY ROOMS & BAD SERVICE. Ac was broken , floor was DIRTY and the bedsheet was ripped.

Very Bad Experience Not Recommended I had a highly disappointing stay at FabHotel Moro, Paschim Vihar. We were given Room No. 203 (2nd Floor), which was in extremely poor condition. The walls had visible water damage, stains, and peeling paint, likely due to leakage or dampness. The room felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. To make things worse, there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from nearby rooms, which seeped into ours. The area was also very noisy, making it impossible to relax or get proper rest. The staff's behavior was unhelpful and indifferent. Despite the obvious condition of the room, they assigned it to uspossibly because we had already made the full payment in advance. No support was offered, nor were we provided with an alternative room. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and absolutely no value for money.

I had the worst experience. one of my traumatic experiences here . Please ladies stay away from this hotel . It is not at all safe.they will come to your door when they know you are alone in your room and ask if they can come inside.i am going to file a police complaint. Worst hotel in delhi . Everything is worst service is pathetic,room is not like that what is in the pictures , toilets are clogged , lift is not working, they charged for breakfast but didn't provided it instead repeating again again you will get in morning come tommorow. Because of these reasons I have given 1 star if there is possibility of giving 0 rating I'll give that surely. Please do the needful @fabhotels in this or owner of the property. If you care don't run this fraud this money will not came in good way for you. Do the business in right way. You charged too high giving nothing in return.

Worst experience. High time that fab hotels start review the way it’s chain is operating. The staff especially Anju receptionist is charging any amount that comes in her mind. Even the owner believes in badmouthing and disrespecting. Cost of same things keeps fluctuating. Should never visit!

Not a good place to go with family...and room is easily available for 1500/night but fabhotels after all discounts booked for 1800/night... and fabhotel executive also told me that extra mattress will be available at reception for 200-300 (500 max) but at reception they asked for 800 for one extra mattress per day. Location of hotel is not easily accessible its not on road. Everytime it smelled ciggaratte smoke in their hotel. No food available in day time. They said their restaurant available from 10 PM to 5 AM only. and Lift is only made available till 3rd floor though rooms are on 4th floor. I felt scammed after staying at Fabhotels Moro.

I went first time to Delhi alone as a female and it was my last flight I reached Delhi.After informing from delhi airport that I will be having dinner, still i reached after 2 hrs and they went to bring dinner and i waited again for another 1 hour.then before dinner arrived they took cash from me for the finner as if i will run away after having dinner at night i was not even freshen up and faced these tantrums. Secondly next day i ordered lunch after coming from work at 3.30pm and i was tremendous hungry, they provided it after 2 hours. Thirdly i will not recommend this hotel to single female because the lock system is unsecured as they dont have any extra lock from inside only the card protected one which can be opened anyone by mastercard or duplicate card Fourthly i faced 3 times power off at 1am and there was no DG or power back up.all alone sitting at room risking and counting time when power will come Fifthly after arriving late night and booking was done a day back the washroom was very dirty and someone male came at night and cleaned the same Sixthly,as the rooms were congested and close to reception area,almost you will hear loud sound of mobile as well as staffs loudly talking which was being heard almost till 2am-3am. Ridiculous experience. I will be goin delhi often now but will never stay here thats for sure. Only staying no lunch dinner will be provided by them.better order from food app Moreover no privacy..very disturbing ambience.
