This is very beautiful and very clean almost good everything and every staff

FabHotels was my go-to choice until yesterday, but this time I had the worst experience. The room was not properly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, the AC was working but was damaged with exposed wiring, and the TV had a similar issue. The sofa was also broken and not clean at all. When I requested a room change, they refused and there was no proper response from the staff. Really disappointing experience this time.

Further the manager and owner seems very rude because in my MMT it was clearly mentioned the guaranteed check in before 2 hours from chekinn time but was not allowed by manager and owner. They have no value of the customer only value for them is charge and money worst experience of my life till dated

Strictly not for family. Only for bachelor boys no sense of security after dark full of smoke and drinks families avoid this place. No kitchen. Lift not working. Rooms are somky smell

Charged extra without proper bill

Receptionist was arrogant and completely misbehaving it completely misutilzing customer rights they do not intimate anything and Reception lock the door for harassing for money to the customer i have paid 3360 rupees for 1 day due to there misacknowledging me

Very rude behaviour, lift out of order . Worst hotel, worst experience. Even tried calling fab helpline , which you guys wont answer and respond.Never again gonna book in fab hotels. Everything pic is fake. Not a 3 star hotel. Don't beleive customer care. Cheap tricks played with me all lies from customer care fab hotel. Please think trice if you gonna book in fab hotels

I went first time to Delhi alone as a female and it was my last flight I reached Delhi.After informing from delhi airport that I will be having dinner, still i reached after 2 hrs and they went to bring dinner and i waited again for another 1 hour.then before dinner arrived they took cash from me for the finner as if i will run away after having dinner at night i was not even freshen up and faced these tantrums. Secondly next day i ordered lunch after coming from work at 3.30pm and i was tremendous hungry, they provided it after 2 hours. Thirdly i will not recommend this hotel to single female because the lock system is unsecured as they dont have any extra lock from inside only the card protected one which can be opened anyone by mastercard or duplicate card Fourthly i faced 3 times power off at 1am and there was no DG or power back up.all alone sitting at room risking and counting time when power will come Fifthly after arriving late night and booking was done a day back the washroom was very dirty and someone male came at night and cleaned the same Sixthly,as the rooms were congested and close to reception area,almost you will hear loud sound of mobile as well as staffs loudly talking which was being heard almost till 2am-3am. Ridiculous experience. I will be goin delhi often now but will never stay here thats for sure. Only staying no lunch dinner will be provided by them.better order from food app Moreover no privacy..very disturbing ambience.

We booked a room in vaishali Dakshini pitampura for 14 June2025 with booking ID ZQOIZE. During checkin we found that the rooms were very stingy there was bad smell in all the rooms and they have shown three rooms and in one of the room there was the geyser was fallen down and the roof was open in the bathroom so it was very doubtful. the rooms were very bad and stingy so that is why we could not check in. Finally we asked for change in the room and they have changed the booking . At first they also said in the hotel Express roseman. Then again cancelled it due to non availability. Then we have got the room in Express 7 heaven and there we checked-in. This is happened since 9:00 pm and and around 10:30 pm we checked in so one and half hour in the night we faced lot of problem in check in due to this bad fabhotels. I hope you will rectify it in future. One important thing hotel vaishali dakshini and hotel white safron is one and the same thing. So I request not to confuse people about the hotels. Such a bad service from FABhotels.
