1 AverageTerrible experience! the room was dirty, unhygienic and not maintained well. one of the room didn’t have a flush and shower head was missing too. the other room didn’t have a ceiling fan and ac remote was missing too. the bed sheets were dirty with hair strands, dust and dirt all over. the carpets had turned from white to black and have not been cleaned in ages. the doors of the bathrooms didn’t shut properly. and despite all this, the hotel staff refused to give us an upgrade and demanded extra in lieu of upgrade. the existing rooms are anyway overpriced as per the conditions and facilities provided. would not recommend it to anyone. ruined my holiday completely!Yashika Goswami, 27 Apr
