1 AverageBook another good hotel. to look up a foreigner identity through delhi police, an additional 2,500 rupees will be charged upon check-in at the front desk, 6 pm 13-oct-2024. they don't even list(write) their accommodations resister book. they ask for things that other two hotels in delhi don't ask for. so, please if you are not indian, book another hotel.황용진, 14 Oct

1 AverageThe complimentary breakfast with your room gives you the same breakfast everyday even after mentioning that they can provide 4 different varieties. the room service often forgets the order we have placed or the cutlery we have asked for. we were not provided with the cutlery thrice during our stay. even when we asked for the cutlery again it was not delivered.Radhika Gupta, 14 Jun

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 23 Dec
