Horrible experience. hotel’s front upper side is broken, building is too old and fealty. fruit flies roams all over the place at entrance. two story building, life doesn’t work, you have to pick your luggage and go straight up. rooms are okay okay, only good thing was ac which was must needed in hot temperature of delhi. you are on your own here. staff doesn’t pick phones. i tried calling multiple times at night to discuss about the morning breakfast. staff was busy but couldn’t pick neither called back. morning we had to leave without breakfast, even when breakfast was included in the paid amount, as staff denied to serve breakfast before standard time. for dinner bill, he exaggerated and asked for amount, when we showed the bill and did tally amount with menu, he said, jitna hota hai dedo. behaviour was careless, expected a bit of cleanliness.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at fabhotel sentinel suites in safdarjung enclave, new delhi. the location is excellent—situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to major attractions, hospitals, and markets. the room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all basic amenities like air conditioning, wi-fi, and a clean bathroom. the staff was polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. the breakfast provided was decent, though i feel there could be a bit more variety. room service was prompt, and housekeeping did a good job daily. overall, it’s a great budget-friendly hotel if you're looking for a clean, quiet, and conveniently located place to stay in south delhi.

Very shabby rooms looks more like a cheap guest house with broken switches and plumbing edges of water tap so sharp it cut through my fingers. lift was not working had to carry my luggage to third floor. i immediately evacuated room and booked another hotel. very horrid experience

Door latches were broken, washroom was dirty, hotel building was under construction, ac was not working as they didn't do servicing, room walls were leaving puty and dusty floor. staff was not able to provide basic services. yet it looked like owner forced them to run the hotel without any facilities provisions for guest, the only focus seemed was milking money with zero maintenance and servicing. only good thing i got was a spacious room. others guests might be having worst experience

The worst hotel experience i've ever had in my life. for the prices they charge, the hotel is not clean, and the air conditioner didn't work. the switches broke loose. the tv didn't work either. there were cockroaches in the room as well as the bathroom. the staff acted shocked when i showed them this, and instead of fixing it or changing my room, did nothing. will not recommend anyone to stay there, even if they're in a decent location. i regret the decision of ever choosing this hotel over other options in the same area.

Acs were not working, the building is under construction and was not informed by hotel management. the door latches are broken, the walls are leaving putty, washroom was dirty. only good thing i got was a spacious room.
