There is no electric kettle / coffee maker at room. Complementary breakfast, but no restaurant or dining hall, so no buffet. And you are permitted only one item for breakfast - either bread butter ( 2 pc) or omlette or alu paratha. This is disgusting. But staff were very polite and helpful.

There is no Hotel by the name FabHotel Dwarka Suites, it is called "The Royal Galaxy". The rooms are really horrible at the cost. As mentioned in earlier reviews the AC are fixed at one particular temperature. Wifi speed is so low that you cannot watch live TV. Water is salty & leaking from various joints. You have to repeatedly remind about the room cleanliness & hygiene. Maintenance of the rooms are extremely poor. We have to change three rooms to get a slightly better room. FabHotels have no responsibility except booking online by showing some old pictures & sending some messages. It is very difficult for a couple to stay there. After lot of follow up we could make our stay little comfortable. No room have all the facilities as mentioned. Room service requires lot of follow up. Only good thing about the hotel it is located near a metro station & a city centre with fairly good food. One should check rates directly charged by The Royal Galaxy.

Zero marks to MMT through which I booked the hotel. There was No rooms even when I booked it 2-3 months prior. After reaching hotel, they said No rooms are available. MMT refunded my money and I had to search New one. But Hotel staff was very cooperative. They offered us coffee and also provided room to get fresh. Next time I will be conscious with MMT.

The rooms were pathetic and they did not have rooms to shift. Charged exorbitantly. Had to shift out of hotel the very next morning.

I recently stayed at FabHotel Sparkling Dwarka Sector -19, expecting the usual standards of FabHotels, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The most concerning issue was the behavior of the reception staff. There were 3-4 young men at the reception who were constantly staring at my girlfriend, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety of couples staying at this property. If any unfortunate incident were to occur, who would take responsibility? Additionally, the property did not feel like a standard FabHotel instead, it gave the impression of someones private residence rather than a professionally managed hotel. This was not what I expected when booking a FabHotel property. For those looking for a safe and comfortable stay, I would strongly advise against choosing this place. FabHotels should take strict action to ensure the safety and privacy of their guests. If anything happens in future as well regarding the same property then fabhotel will be responsible.

I am extremely disappointed with the way your reception staff behaved with me during my inquiry call. When I asked about room availability, the lady at the reception spoke very rudely. She directly said “Don’t come, the room is not available” in a harsh tone. I simply told her that I prefer paying at the hotel instead of online, but instead of guiding me politely, she kept insisting rudely and then refused the booking. Not only this, she was speaking in a very uncivil, slang-type language (more like street tone bihari language rather than professional English/Hindi), which is highly unprofessional for someone representing your hotel. A receptionist is the face of the property, and such rude behavior can completely spoil the reputation of your hotel. I request you to kindly take strict action regarding this staff member, because with such behavior, guests will only walk away and never recommend this hotel.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (Twamev residency ) dirty room no proper door locks , no telivision, staff was unprofessional. I have booked for two nights and every morning the staff was knocking on our door to know the status not even calling to know the same , even at checkout the receptionist ask for my phone that there will a message from fabhotel and mark 5 on here own . I would have rate this 0 out of 10. Total waste of my money and time .
