I have been staying in this hotel since 2021.. Let me tell briefly:- • Staff- The staff seems to be good and helpful • Safety and security- The hotel is located at the entrance to a colony and a barricading is there so it's completely safe inside and outside. Camera's are also installed at property. • Location- The only reason I book this hotel is because of it's location. Easy of commute via metro or auto. Marking is nearby. • Rooms- Over the years the quality of rooms have been degraded but still feasible. The room cleaning is carried out everyday if you intend to stay for more days. This hotel require room maintenance and deep cleaning (If you want the hotel to run for long) •Cost- Even after the quality of stay is degraded still the owner didn't seem to lower the cost of booking. The rooms are not Rs.2000 rooms, rather they are around for Rs. 1500. The only reason this hotel is getting profit is because of ease of it's location. Was planning to give 3 stars. But the owner requested to give 5 stars. So giving 4/5 stars. Find the attached pics of the room and faults I found. I hope things get better if I stay here next time.

I was earlier noida residents and had my adhaar of noida. I shifted to Hyderabad and had my election ID, when I came to noida for one day they are not accepting. It was good that my election card was of hyderabad otherwise these guys would have made you run to find another hotel. Now Pl. Check the room, the Air conditioner is cooling or not. When they provided me the room-33 even after 30 minutes the air conditioning didn't work. We asked them to shift us. They said they don't have. We asked for payment back. then they provided another room which was - 37 with good decency and spaces with cooling AC. Breakfast is OK to fill stomach. Since it is build in colony it is difficult to identify as nothing is mentioned on the building. Fabhotel should start updating the correct photos of the rooms and also maintenance should be taken on urgent basis. Red ants were there in bathroom so maintenance is must.

Staff guy ROHIT IS GOOD AND VERY RESPONSIVE BUT THE OTHER PERSON SOMETIME THERE , HE IS REALLY PATHETIC WE TOLD STAFF THET WE WILL LATE CHECKOUT 2 HRS LATER AFTER 11 AM BUT WHILE WE ARE IN OUR ROOM AND WE ARE JUST COMING OUT THAT STAFF GUY WITHOUT KNOCKING DOOR HE CAME INSIDE AND SAID SIR CHALO APKA TIME HO GYA H... SERIOUSLY ...IS THAT THE FAB OWNER KEEP THEIR STAFF OVER THERE LAST TIME THIS GUY ALSO CRRATES PROBLEM AT TIME OF CHECK IN THIS TIME HE DONE AGAIN I WAS THAT TIME ALMOST GOING TO SLAP HIM BECOZ OF HIS BEHAVIOUR.. IF WE ARE PAYING YOU EXTRA FOR 2 HOURS AS WE TOLD HIM THEN WHY THE HELL HE IS SAYING KI CHALO APKA TIME HO GYA.. AGAR HUM 2 DIN KA HOTEL BOOOK KR SAKTE HAIN TO 2 DIN AUR BHI KAR SAKTE THE BUT THIS GUY IS REALLY A WORST STAFF EVER WE SAW ROHIT WAS VERY GOOD . NO DOUBT BUT THE PROBLEM IS ONLY THIS GUY .. I DONT KNOW WHY FAB OWNER OF HEMKUNT MANSION KEEP THIS NEW GUY OVER THERE IF HE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER .

The room had a strong smell on entering. I complained about it the next day and requested a room change. My request was declined. There was seepage on the wall. Paint was peeling off. Sheets were not clean enough. Breakfast was available only after 9. Pictures on Google and on the app are completely deceiving. Very dissatisfied with the room and the service. Will not recommend.

Room was online booked and paid but staff asked extra Rs.300 for booking and staff was constantly knocking at door 2-3 times.

Very bad experience. I booked it using the number provided on google maps. I had been ensured that room and bathroom will be cleaned and stay will be hassle free. I had requested for extra mattress as one of family member was also staying with us. We landed at IGI airport and reached around 1am which i have already mentioned to the person while booking. They have taken the advice money for the booking. Booking was done using the whatsapp. After reaching to location which was another headache to find, we have been treated very bad by the staff. They clearly declined for the booking. I tried to call the number on which i did the booking, and this was expected, number was not reachable (while booking, they ensured that they will receive the call 24 by 7). We were with 4yrs old kid and it was freezing night. They took 15-20mins to confirm that i had booked them. They showed me the room and it was very bad, taps were dripping and mattress were not cleaned. Supporting was scolding us to came late night and not informing them in advance for extra mattress. My wife was to angry that she shouted on him for behaving badly as there was no direct contact anywhere online for the actual owners and property manager. They took another 15-20 mins to manage mattress. Thanks to good, i was booking the place for 3-4 nights stay, during the booking I discussed with wife to book it for 1 night and confirmed the room/bathroom situation than either continued here or search for another hotel. We ended up vacating the hotel early morning and searched very wonderful stay near by. DM, me for that if anyone needs the details for 2nd hotel. I never believe on the only photos and whatsapp scams.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Basic cleanliness and service standards were not maintained. The room was dirty, had a foul smell throughout the stay, and the AC was not working at all, making the environment very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room telephone was dead, so we had to physically go to the reception every time we needed assistance. When I raised these concerns with the receptionist, Mr. Amar, he openly admitted that they were already aware of these issues, including a non-functional geyser. He promised a room change, but no action was ever taken. Food service was equally poor. We had to personally inform the reception that we wanted bread with our masala omelette since the room phone didn’t work. Still, only the omelette was served. When we questioned it, Mr. Amar casually replied, “We thought you didn’t want bread,” showing a clear lack of communication and attention to detail. The bathroom door handle and lock were broken, adding to the overall discomfort. Linen, including bath towels, was clearly unwashed. Even though the booking was for two people, only one towel and one bottle of water were provided. When asked about the second water bottle, we were told it would be RO-filtered tap water, which they served chilled to avoid suspicion—an unacceptable and deceptive practice. This was an all-around horrible experience—from the lack of hygiene and broken amenities to the poor service and careless staff behavior. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel unless major improvements are made.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Nirvana Residency. Despite having a confirmed booking via Brevistay and even calling the hotel a day before to reconfirm, I was shockingly denied check-in upon arrival. The hotel informed me they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. This left me stranded with my luggage, completely at a loss on where to go. I faced considerable stress and mental frustration, as well as the challenge of finding an immediate alternative. I had to visit 4-5 hotels before finally securing a place to stay, and I ended up paying significantly higher prices due to last-minute booking. My trip to Delhi was completely spoiled, with so much time and energy wasted. Adding to this, there was another group experiencing the same issue—they had even prepaid for their stay but were still refused a room. The hotel’s only response was to direct us to contact Brevistay, which was unhelpful given that the hotel itself was already full. This lack of professionalism and care for customers is unacceptable. I will never return to this hotel, nor recommend it to anyone. Nirvana Residency needs to seriously reconsider its approach to customer service and reliability.

Thankfully I booked the stay for one day and it costed 3000/- for premium room. I am attaching the pictures to look at the room condition. When we entered the room the room smelled of smoke, asked for room freshener and even then also the smell was strong. The tea kit provided only had two tea bags, nothing else, neither sugar nor milk! I have no idea if the kettle was working! Anddd AC - oh my god! It's broken and literally does nothing just a show piece (picture attached) the remote doesn't work either! When told to the staff his reply was "Maine kar diya h ap remote ko chedo maat" and that is unprofessional (my personal opinion) cause the tone was bad. There's a table but no chairs. The walls look horrible Got the bedsheets changed and they provided a damaged bedsheet. Just think this is the condition of a premium room which costs 3000/-. Such a waste! Stay at the cheapest hotel room and maybe that is a better one than this. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
