The stay was smooth and relaxing. Staff was very supportive. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and peaceful environment.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service here truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every request — whether it was room service, housekeeping, or local recommendations — was handled quickly and professionally.

Good hotel, good hospitality, everything was organised beautifully, good location and ambience, however, some areas need improvement like the wall of the room has moisture, it was not well maintained. There was no hot water kettle, tea bags etc which are generally provided free of cost in all the hotels with such category room rates. Only one towel was provided, no toothpaste.

Location of the hotel is very nice but inside it is in a really bad shape with no upkeep. Washrooms are dirty and rooms are so humid that even the clothes kept in the room get soggy. Food service is done by a very dirty guy in dirty clothes and even the other service guys are dressed casually in dirty jeans shirts. The pics shared by fab hotels on their website do not depict the current situation of its rooms.

It was a worst experience. Unhygienic and uncooperative rooms and staff. Non-availability of lock for rooms during going out. Complete wastage of money

To begin with, * The rooms were so dirty, * hair all over the floor, * smelly rooms, * very dirty bed linens * No toiletries were provided * No water bottle given. * Very dusty furniture * Spider webs in the room * NO GLASS ON THE WINDOW OF THE WASHROOM. * TO USE WASHROOM WE HAD TO SWITCH OFF THE LIGHT. * Washroom was so dirty, had stains of tobacco pukes. * The guy dealing at the reception was very impatient and highly irresponsible. * No regular checks are done of the rooms. * NOT AT ALL SAFE FOR WOMEN, BY SEEING THE CONDITION OF THE WASHROOM WINDOW. * A very big window it was which was absolutely open. * Housekeeping staff was rude, and was mopping the floor after requesting him so much as if he is doing some kind of favour on us. * Not at all a good place to stay. * Strict actions should be taken against it. * THE STAY WAS ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING AND WE HAD TO CHECK OUT WITHIN FEW HOURS , AS NO ACTIONS WERE TAKEN. * IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A RATING ZERO, I WILL GIVE IT TO THIS STAY. * PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO STAY, ALL THE PHOTOS OF THE ROOMS SHOWN ARE FAKE.

Very bad hotel, nothing as shown in the image. In image room looks so clean and so new. In reality, the hotel rooms are the worst that you can ever have, and the kind of money they are asking. It is just not good at all. So if you're planning to stay here, I personally recommend, don't find some better option.

Worst hotel ever I stayed. No doormat, no hangers, no dustbin, no clean rooms, no key for the rooms, no manners. High price for nothing. The desk person has no interest in working just busy on the call. Don't come to this hotel all. No tv, Ac is not properly cooling the room. In short, worst in all.

The Fab hotel representative Ms Radha miscommunicated. At the check-in faced lots of problem.The reception told we have not received the actual payment agreed with you online, so will not give room, after lots of argument got the room. On Customer care number Ms Megha and area manager did not shared their direct number, also Mr Arun. Very sad & bad experience. Very costly and low quality food. Breakfast supplier was using very dirty crockery. Found hair in parantha,showed to Mr Prashant (Canteen Operator) Will not recommend to anyone. Will inform HRANI, Deptt.
