Good hotel, good hospitality, everything was organised beautifully, good location and ambience, however, some areas need improvement like the wall of the room has moisture, it was not well maintained. There was no hot water kettle, tea bags etc which are generally provided free of cost in all the hotels with such category room rates. Only one towel was provided, no toothpaste.

To begin with, * The rooms were so dirty, * hair all over the floor, * smelly rooms, * very dirty bed linens * No toiletries were provided * No water bottle given. * Very dusty furniture * Spider webs in the room * NO GLASS ON THE WINDOW OF THE WASHROOM. * TO USE WASHROOM WE HAD TO SWITCH OFF THE LIGHT. * Washroom was so dirty, had stains of tobacco pukes. * The guy dealing at the reception was very impatient and highly irresponsible. * No regular checks are done of the rooms. * NOT AT ALL SAFE FOR WOMEN, BY SEEING THE CONDITION OF THE WASHROOM WINDOW. * A very big window it was which was absolutely open. * Housekeeping staff was rude, and was mopping the floor after requesting him so much as if he is doing some kind of favour on us. * Not at all a good place to stay. * Strict actions should be taken against it. * THE STAY WAS ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING AND WE HAD TO CHECK OUT WITHIN FEW HOURS , AS NO ACTIONS WERE TAKEN. * IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A RATING ZERO, I WILL GIVE IT TO THIS STAY. * PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO STAY, ALL THE PHOTOS OF THE ROOMS SHOWN ARE FAKE.

It was a worst experience. Unhygienic and uncooperative rooms and staff. Non-availability of lock for rooms during going out. Complete wastage of money

Hi, good evening. Your customer service was good, but the hotel staff didn’t take our concerns seriously. They didn’t change anything despite our requests. The 4.3 rating seems forced or influenced, as our experience was far from satisfactory. Based on my experience, I would give only 1 star out of 5, solely for your customer service. I will not recommend Fab Hotels to anyone. I am totally disappointed. The hotel staff took our ID copies as per usual check-in procedures. However, when I requested basic amenities like a hotel kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, slippers) and essentials inside the room (2 water bottles, 1 hand towel, 1 full-size towel), they refused and only provided two small soaps. 1. We were given Room 304 on the 3rd floor. 2. When we entered, the room was shabby with a bad odor. 3. The bed was in poor condition with dirty sheets and pillows, and inappropriate language was written on the wall. The first impression was terrible. 4. I asked for a towel, and they provided a dirty one, which they later replaced with a wet towel. It was unclear whether it was used or new (usually, towels should be dry as per my experience in other hotels). 5. The washroom was decent, but the mug was broken, and the hose pipe was in bad condition—overall, very poor maintenance. 6. After my call, the staff assured me they would change everything by the time we returned at night, including sheets, pillow covers, fixing the washroom, and addressing the door issue. 7. When we returned, the staff had changed, and the new person promised to change our room, but no one showed up. We waited until 11:30 PM with no resolution. 8. When we checked, the washroom had no light, and despite your earlier assurances, nothing was fixed. - The pillow covers were not changed. - The hose pipe was not fixed. - The balcony door was not repaired (it was full of termites). - The side table remained broken. - The bed was unstable and dangerous to sit or lie on. - No pest control was done, and I was bitten by mosquitoes throughout the night. I suggest that someone from your Audit team visit the property to inspect the guest services.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! MONEY STOLEN !! We went Delhi 2 families in May 2024. We booked the hotel Fab premium villa hotel in Chhattarpur , New Delhi. We reached in this hotel around 9pm night for check-in. This hotel is NOT visible clearly outside. And the entrance of this hotel is not prominent as well. In a very narrow road with a side entrance , with no elevators , we managed to go up all the way to 2nd floor in staircase to the reception. And did check-in. We got 3 rooms checked-in. We saw the rooms are very basic although spacious. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. After staying one night the next day evening a strange thing happened to us. One of the hotel staff came to one room and asked to leave the room so that he can clean the room. We left one room for a couple of minutes. And when we came after 2 mins opened the door and asked him is the cleaning done , he said wait outside for 5 mins. And closed the room door. Then we waited outside for a min again. We had some doubt. And we opened the door and saw something very surprising. That person is holding one of our mobile and browsing it. He suddenly put our phone in the pocket. Seeing our phone we asked whose phone is that ??? He answered it’s my phone , and he removed his phone from another pocket. We pulled out our phone from his pocket and asked … WHAT IS THIS ?? And then he started to run . Came outside the room , went running fast outside the hotel through staircase. We kept on shouting , STOP HIM , STOP HIM. But he escaped. We came back to our room . And see all our bags were scattered , all our clothes were lying scattered. And all cash are gone. The person had stolen all cash money. This was beyond our imagination . Even after this incident I called Fab hotels employee who booked this hotel for us . And he did not pick up the call. Not even called me back . THERE WAS ZERO CO-OPERATION FROM FAB HOTELS. UNBELIEVABLE !!! Such a hotel which is listed in so many big listings for hotel booking is having such THIEVES as hotel staffs in their hotels. Shame on such hotels. Very disappointed and heart broken.

Never ever book this hotel. My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below the expectations set by FabHotels. Below are the specific issues I encountered: Room Conditions: The fans in all the rooms were malfunctioning, operating at the lowest speed setting (1/5) and providing inadequate ventilation. The air conditioners were in a deplorable state. Despite being set to the lowest temperature, they failed to cool the rooms effectively. This issue was not isolated to my room alone; other rooms I checked were in the same condition. Due to the unbearable heat and suffocation, I was forced to leave the hotel within an hour of checking in. Reception Service: The receptionist was dismissive of my concerns, insisting that all other guests were content with the substandard conditions. I found this response to be highly unprofessional and unhelpful, adding to my frustration. They have no professional or standard staff at the hotel, they have two kids working for them who are 17-18 years and can be seen chewing gutkha. The hotel walls also have gutkha stains around the staircase and all other corners. Hotel Infrastructure: The hotel is operating in an under-construction building, with heavy construction work ongoing on the first floor. The hotel itself starts from the second floor. There was no FabHotels banner at the property, which was instead shared with another hotel partner, OYO. The actual condition of the rooms was vastly different from the photos displayed on the FabHotels app, which I believe is misleading and false advertising. Packaged water bottle and toiletries were also not provided. I wish I had the pictures clicked to attach here but I was in a rush to just get out of the hotel and could not remember to do this.

Very bad hotel, nothing as shown in the image. In image room looks so clean and so new. In reality, the hotel rooms are the worst that you can ever have, and the kind of money they are asking. It is just not good at all. So if you're planning to stay here, I personally recommend, don't find some better option.

This is an aboslutely terrible hotel with a dishonest front office manager called Himanshu (not a Fabhotels employee). I booked the hotel via the Fab hotels reservation team, Fabhotels sent me an email requesting an advance payment of 1922 Rs. After the payment was made I went to the hotel where Himanshu told me he would not honour the booking because Fabhotels had made it a lower tarriff than they had agreed. I told him that I had no idea about the agreement between the hotel and fabhotels and that since the hotel is branded and sold as a Fabhotels it should honour the price at which Fabhotels sold the room to me. He didnt agree and turned me away from the hotel with all my bags and baggage, I had to book another hotel and stay there. Fabhotels has still not refunded my money as they at first insisted that I checked in and then after that when I spoke to their customer care they say it was a no show. Their story keeps changing but they refuse to acknowledge that the hotel did not honour the booking and refund my money. I even shared the receipt of payment from the other hotel at which I stayed that night but they still wont accept their mistake. Dishonest and unprofessional. Please dont stay here.
