The location was fine but there were not resturants nearby . The food of your resturant lacked taste and flavour

Its just a calm and cool place. Rest all are for name sake. Poor hygiene at room and bathroom. Hot water was there. No filter water for drinking.Lights are switched off at surroundings during night time. No security.it was noisy as their staff and family cook food at near by kitchen.Complimentary breakfast was average. They suggest to get food stuff online for lunch and dinner.Road to the property is at worst condition. No restaurant or kitchen facilities other than breakfast.We couldn't find a proper responsible person in the property.In short, its an old property with poorly maintained and lost its soul.

Very pathetic service. Even the rooms are not upto the mark and the property is nothing as shown in the images. It doesn't even has stret lights or normal lights around the stay, had to use torch light to roam around. The road leading to this property is very dangerous and has potholes everywhere. It says 3-star hotel but there was no toothbrush, no toothpaste. Only the scenic beauty is worth seeing otherwise it has nothing.

Owner of the property was helpful and offered all types of help he could but the rooms were so untidy, that we dint had his help. Seems like a cheap copy of OYO rooms suitable for 1k.per night types. Not sure how Fab Hotels took this property under their banner and didn't worked on it. Took me 3hrs on Saturday morning to sort this with Customer care of Fab hotel. My clicked pictures says it all, not gonna elaborate much here.. Location is at the curvy dead end where there is no lights in the evening.. Rooms need complete renovation before opening for public. Bathroom needs repair too. Cleanliness needs much attention than all factors. No lift in the premises, have to do up n down yourself. Checked in at 8pm and checked out early morning next day...

Absolutely Horrendous Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was so appalling I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I arrived, I regretted booking this homestay. The location is in the middle of nowhere, down a poorly maintained dirt road with no signs – it felt like I was being lured into a horror movie set. The room was a complete disaster. Cracked walls, stained sheets, and a bed that felt like it had been salvaged from a junkyard. There were no proper curtains, just some dingy piece of cloth barely covering the window. Hygiene was nonexistent. The bathroom reeked of mold and sewage, with hair in the drain and grime on every surface. Towels looked like they had been used and never washed. I wouldn’t even walk barefoot inside – it was that filthy. The service was just as pathetic. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like guests were a nuisance. There was no sense of hospitality, no willingness to help, and absolutely no professionalism. Honestly, staying here felt more like punishment than a vacation. Do yourself a favor: stay literally anywhere else at even lesser cost. This place should be shut down.

One of the worst experience we had, just reached at hotel in morning and what we get to know is that FAB hotels is just booking partner of this hotel and they want more money than our booked amount. So receptionist guy didn’t even let us checked in as he needs 200 bucks more than our booking amount and then extra 500 bucks for early checking and then after that he was not even talking directly, was kept on saying that talk to customer care and resolve it. FAB hotels customer care is also a joke, we tried calling them 28 times but was not able to connect to the team which handles confirmed booking only new reservation we could have reached and every time they disconnect the call. Being left on our own in an unknown city during peak season just for few hundred extra bucks is really a dishonest way of operating. I would recommend to never book with this hotel.

Terrible experience. They charged us 3300 per day. But the rooms were sub-par, toiletries we had to ask for then only they will provide. As complementary breakfast they had only one item. They didn't even have omelette for breakfast. Bathrooms were stained. Hot water in a hill station like ooty only comes for certain hours. Room heating charges are extra. So all in all. We feel we have paid way way more than the service we received. Absolutely not at all recommended.

I stayed at this hotel 3 days back . One of the worst hotel I have stayed. The rooms were not cleaned and even the bathroom was worst. If there was zero star option , I would definitely given it.

Worst hotel ever.booked for my parents and sister they were tottaly disappointed and the took full payment also eventhough stayed for one day only took twoday payment worst service ever

The worst hotel one could ever get. They are completely fraudulent. Please do not trust them or reserve rooms here. They provide terrible service, the staff is extremely uncourteous and rude, the rooms are dark and smelly, there is no hot water, no drinking water and the food is something even dogs won’t eat. And they will try to grab extra money through every opportunity they get, over and above the unreasonable pricing of the rooms. Staying here is not recommended at all. They will never refund your booking amount as well if you are unable to stay there. This business should shut down.
