Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. "Waste of money at such useless hotel. Dont book on the basis of pictures published. A pure intention of fooling customers. The reception guy was way rude, he has another level of attitude sitting on that chair. Lift was not working properly, it stopped multiple times in between to reach on the 2nd floor. Bedsheets, blankets, room not at all clean, room size is just a myth. STRONG NO recommendation to all who are planning to stay here."
