Booked the stay from make my trip at a price. At the time of check in I was asked to pay more. I had to pay more as I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune and nowhere to go. I paid extra 500 and expecting customer support to help me on this. No one is providing support, worst stay experience ever.

The person at reception was not willing to provide a room at midnight husband excuse was that we had booked the room online and he is not authorized to issue without confirmation from fabhotels. And was reluctant to call them. After a long time he issued a room. There was only one towel and no grooming set was provided

My stay was a nightmare from start to finish. At check-in, the staff argued about the FabHotels booking price and refused to honor it until I insisted it was their platform's responsibility. The first room had water flooding the floor, a broken door knob, and zero safety measures. When I requested a room change, I was dismissively given a worse room: no door knob at all (anyone could see inside!), leaving me exposed. Trapped by heavy rain, I endured: A malfunctioning toilet with continuously running water. A window "secured" by a loose, poorly fixed green net. "Complimentary water" served in dirty, reused bottles. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and unprofessional. Do not risk your safety or comfort - stay elsewhere.

Horrible Experience Unsafe and Unprofessional I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room I was given was completely unclean, and when I asked the receptionist to have it cleaned, he rudely refused. The worst part came at checkout. After I mentioned the issue again, the receptionist started shouting at me, came to my door, and threatened me, saying things like I'll slap you and I'll beat you. I felt completely unsafe and shocked by this aggressive behavior. No guest should be treated this way. This place is not only unclean but also dangerous. I strongly advise others to stay far away from this hotel.

The behavior and speech of the hotel staff is very bad. They speak to the customers in a very rude manner and use rough language.
