The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, and comfortable bedding. The bathroom was also clean and had a good supply of toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, I would recommend FabHotel Aura Homes for its comfort, convenience, and value for money. However, I did find the Wi-Fi connection to be a bit slow at times, which could be improved.

The rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV,it’s functional and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast provided was decent, with a variety of options to start the day.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay on 18th february 2026 at this Gargi Galuxe OYO hotel. The overall maintenance and hygiene standards were very poor. The corridor sofa was damaged and looked completely unattended. The staircase area was not cleaned properly and gave a very untidy first impression. When I entered the room, it was not cleaned at all and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. The washroom was also in a very unhygienic condition and clearly not cleaned before my check-in. The bedsheets were in an unacceptable state SPERM, which is completely inappropriate for any hotel. The pillow covers were not changed and looked used. Overall, the property maintenance is extremely poor. This place feels more like a low-grade lodge rather than a hotel. In addition to all this, the staff behavior was also very disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly suggest the management take immediate action to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and staff behavior to ensure better service for future guests. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

Guys, All reviews are fake. Never ever trust this hotel. No lift, and there some gym in ground floor so you have to climb and go. Worst ambience. Not even a single boy to speak. I had my elder parents with me and even while we are literally requesting to help with luggage and offering money also, no one is concerned. Such lame guys, While we are requesting for atleast one boy, receptionist cannot even stand and listen also; so understand the level of attitude. Don’t trust this hotel. It’s a pure scam. Don’t fall for the price like I did.

Zero rating. Google should allow us to rate minus or Zero. Reception person, Wahid(apparently his name) is so rude. Arrogant behaviour. We clearly rejected the premises and came outside and waiting to book another hotel. He came outside and standing at door and looking down on us with a feeling that you can complaint to anyone you want. Why does fabhotels employ such unprofessional employee. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone in my circle.

Worst experience of my life Fab hotels showcased how low the service standards can go and what are different ways to scam people. Hotel gargi galaxe which was given as the last minute replacement had no hygine,no cleanliness,no service standard. Patheticccc...i am so disappointed I have got cheated by fab hotel management on last minute changes in hotel and wasted money. Lesson learned fab hotel franchisee sucks.

Extremely disappointing experience. The room, bed, and floor were all filthy - basic cleanliness was completely ignored. The air conditioner barely worked, and the fan was so slow it was useless. I was clearly told during booking that breakfast was included, yet the hotel staff refused to provide it. Totally unprofessional behavior and poor maintenance. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
