Rude staff & purely unacceptable behavior. At the time of check-in, when I entered the hotel, I politely informed the receptionist that I had a booking. He replied that the phone was not with him and went to another room, returned with the phone, briefly looked at it, and said there was no booking. I told him that the booking was under the name , that it was made yesterday, and that I had already paid half the amount as an advance. Without even properly checking or scrolling on his phone, he again denied the booking. I calmly showed him my confirmed booking on my phone, but he still refused to acknowledge it. When I said that I would call FabHotel customer support, he suddenly said, Yes, the booking is there. Despite this, I was asked to make the remaining payment directly via the QR code at the reception instead of through the app. I wanted to avoid any argument, so I made the payment. After completing all ID formalities, we were given the room keys. Later, when I requested a drinking water bottle, I was told it would cost 20. In all my previous stays at FabHotels, drinking water has always been provided as a basic amenity, and sometimes even hot drinking water was provided upon request. While I do not have any issue paying 20, the attitude and manner of communication were rude and unprofessional. Both I and my partner felt uncomfortable due to the behavior. I have stayed at FabHotels multiple times earlier, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the reception staff and the owner was pathetic and unacceptable. Charging extra for basic amenities like drinking water, along with such conduct, seriously affects the brand value of FabHotel, which is otherwise known for quality service. I am reporting this incident because such experiences damage customer trust. If such issues continue, I may reconsider booking through FabHotels in the future and instead use platforms like MakeMyTrip or Booking.com. I strongly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

Very bad experience the location is very odd, and their service is pathetic no professionalism the rooms are average and the onwner is in attitude do not allow visitor for even 1 hour and charge 1000 rs extra. Breakfast is also just for the name sake.

Don't book this hotel via online from any platform. They just switch off their online bookings and would tell you to book it on site once you reach there. Rooms aren't as clean as shown, not at all meant for family stay. I hope you guys get it when I say, not at all meant for family. No official number is reachable to these guys. No complains would work out. Be careful!!

Hotel will simply deny for online made bookings. And the receptionist is also too rude and doesn't care about how he is talking to someone.

It was one of the pathetic stay I have ever had. There was no lift, no towels in the bathroom. Staff was very rage and not at all friendly. He even asked to cancel booking

Worst experience ever, no water to basin tap, no ac working, no TV working, cockroaches in the room, staff behavior specially person sits on reception both are very rude. They required basic training how to talk to customers. Serving cold tea. And if we complaint about the same they say what we do for that. Really pathetic staff hired.

It is running in a residential society..Hotel is good in budget,, specious rooms,, but I did the booking from Fab Hotels group, during booking they asked to pay 200 rupees as advance for confirmation. After reaching at hotel, owner is asking for full payment, as he is not getting any update for advance. I register a complaint to fab hotel group, they just say that this is their, software updation delay..Even upto checkout they didn't update their system and I have to pay full payment.. It seems that they are habitual now to say sorry to everyone, but what about my money. Do haveany process of refund. It's look scam ...

Please read my review before booking this hotel. Fabhotel along with multiple hotels is running a scam. I booked my room at Rudra residency but when I came for check in they mentioned they had a system issue and denied me a room and did not take any responsibility to help resolve it with Fabhotel. I was requested to deal directly with fabhotel which were equally pathetic in resolving customer complaint. We travelled overnight and reached at the Rudra hotel and they showed no mercy even after showing the email confirmation of booking and paid money. Please stay away from this hotel they will eventually send you to a different hotel where no one can stay - Gargee Galaxy with dirty rooms and unwashed sheets and a messy hotel. Later fabhotel after finally connecting with someone at customer service told me my reservation is moved to another hotel 5kms away and no one communicated to me. Stay away from fabhotels and Rudra residency.
