An extremely bad experience.. i checked out on the same day. but they took full payment from me..please refund immediately. 1. condition of the room was pathetic. bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty 2. there is power back up 4. cockroaches are everywhere in the room 5. room service not proper. 6. the breakfast was unused in my package but i was surprised to see when i asked hotel staff about it he was unaware about it and then he for a small packet of "poha" and a tea in a paper cup later.

Room was very disgusting and there is no any cleaning in room, they give room us which is given by last check out there is no any cleanliness, its shower was totally damaged its washroom roof was damaged its was room window was damaged its room all door are damaged bad was not comfortable, there staff was not supportive they didn’t provide any water bottle in room not clean towel, all picture shown on website and on fab app are fake there is not any room like this.

1. condition of the room was pathetic. bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. 2. intercom wasn't working . 3. door lock of bathroom was in a bad condition. it was risky to lock it as it would not open if you try to. leaving a person in a scary situation. 4. there cokeoaches in bathroom. 5. room service not proper. 6. the breakfast was unused in my package but i was surprised to see when i asked hotel staff about it he was unaware about it and then he for a small packet of "poha" and a tea in a paper cup later. in all the experience was very bad. i don't know why fab hotels are associated with these kind of low grade hotels.

One of the most pathetic experience our team had to face from this hotel. - rooms were not clean, there were bugs found. - pictures which were shown, were not from the same hotel, we had booked 5 rooms and all were dirty. - lift was broken - only one person was there as staff. -bedsheets had stains - per room price was mentioned 999 at the hotel gate but we were charged 2226, overcharged -all the rooms had issues regarding the flickering lights, in some room even light couldn't get switch off for entire night -floor wooden sheets were worn off - ac was malfunctioned, in some rooms it was fixed to 16 degrees couldn't raise the temperature - hot room was not available all the possible issues one can get from any hotel room were there. breakfast facility wasn't available but we were charged with breakfast. i would like to take this matter seriously by the fab hotel chain and give us compensation
