The lobby on all floors and the staircases are filthy, unclean with cigarette butts all over the place. The AC unit was dripping water on the TV. The towels were torn. Impair soft a suite room and the hotel staff gave us a smaller room and created a ruckus and were unwilling to reduce the amount to be charged on this account. When I threatened to call the police, they agreed to a partial refund

Breakfast included for 2 days charged 500 extra but no self service facilty. Only get 4 idly from small shop at room service.

1:Worst policy -Need to pay the full amount for long stay in the check - in day itself. 2:Poor hospitality & service. 3: Bathroom is not hygienic as well as has foul smell with poor ventilation.

No water supply Cocckroach in room Leaked toilet flush Fungus & spiders on walls Broken Almirah Interuppted internet Unfriendly & irresponsible staff Neither the issue resolved nor fab hotels repsonded. This room shouldn't be called as hotel .

Poor hospitality, rude staff. They will say check-in time at 12pm but there will be no guarantee the room will be available up to 4pm. There are no responsible staff available here.

No soap , no hand wash liquid, no towels, no water kept. Maybe less money. So better book something expensive next time.Location was in residential place. I came hotel very late as alone girl. I felt unsafe too. Didn’t look like regular hotel
