The hotel was good location is very good i like the service of hotel

washbasin was missing and when i asked the receptionist he didnt allot me another room inspite of the rooms being avlbl

Worst experience ever like just visited the hotel and the staff started to talk in a very bad manner and said if you have problem, complain this to the company. Then we visited the room it was so tiny and uncomfortable which was not showing in the images of rooms and it was totally different from photos then immediately we tried to cancel then the person in reception said you have been in room so we don't know anything you will not get any refunds. Still we cancelled immediately because we can't survive in those rooms

No electricity for whole night. And there is no hot water facility as we as they don't have breakfast available from morning 6.30 to 11. AM
