Excellent staff. They did a very early check in without any fuss.

Another great experience here, stayed very recently and back again. Staff are the main highlight of this hotel, always lovely, helpful and genuine.

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms

The service provided was unsatisfactory. A power outage resulted in two consecutive nights without electricity. Furthermore, the bed linens were not adequately laundered.

I am requesting a refund due to the extremely poor condition of the room provided. The room had a foul smell, the bedsheets were unclean, the washroom was in a terrible state, and the toilet was unstable. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay

The lobby on all floors and the staircases are filthy, unclean with cigarette butts all over the place. The AC unit was dripping water on the TV. The towels were torn. Impair soft a suite room and the hotel staff gave us a smaller room and created a ruckus and were unwilling to reduce the amount to be charged on this account. When I threatened to call the police, they agreed to a partial refund

I came from South for buisness trip..so we thought for bachelors these cheap rooms will be fine...one of the worst room...bed sheet were very smelly they didn't change at last I used my towel to cover pillows...if you think it as cheap and will be great deal..you will regret like I do as I paid full amount & stuck.very untidy dirty,smelly ,never recommend or go over there..rooms are not worth for 500
