Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

The lobby on all floors and the staircases are filthy, unclean with cigarette butts all over the place. The AC unit was dripping water on the TV. The towels were torn. Impair soft a suite room and the hotel staff gave us a smaller room and created a ruckus and were unwilling to reduce the amount to be charged on this account. When I threatened to call the police, they agreed to a partial refund

The experience of staying at Fabhotel prime rester select chakan was terrible. The room was very small. Smelling bad. I requested to change the room but they didn't changed the room. Basin drain was fully leakage from downside. Washroom was pathetic. There was no washroom kit available. No telephone available in room to contact to hotel staff. Shower and geyser was not working. Fabhotel should block this hotels. Pathetic service.
